Bought new but clearly used and defective
Bought this amp for my son for Christmas supposed to be new. Arrived clearly used with scratches and residue. We have been debugging alternator whine for months. Found ground loop issue within amp, Best Buy will not exchange an can't get a hold of manufacturer. Will have to buy a new amp. $300 waste of money. Terrible customer service.
