This vacuums has a very limited chamber for suction which fills too quickly. Overall I would not recommend this unit it has poor suction and a 4 hour recharging time.

Disappointing performance, filter got lost emptying in trash at some point.

Do not buy … although it was working great at the beginning after several usage, it stopped charging and won’t turn on now didn’t even have it for a month heading to Best Buy to return this. Headache continue to work. I would’ve gave it five stars because it really Did a great job picking up my dogs hairs off the bed and sofa but again the vacuum didn’t even last a month and wasn’t used as much

Don’t buy it. It doesn’t have a good suction and it charges but never last like how it says it will last I still have it on the charger and the battery runs out fast!

I purchased this item in February 2024. It is now June 2025, and this item stopped working and does not charge at all. I do not recommend.

This is nothing more than an overpriced piece of S*** dustbuster. It did absolutely nothing for the dog hair on my couch. didnt even touch it. Picked up *some* dirt. That was about it.

Don't waste your money, very underwhelming performance. Terrible on ANY soft surface. Bought a shark which is the same price works SO much better. Contacted Bissell and they told me it was a matter of my perception that the shark worked better, not a performance issue with the bissell

Stopped charging after less than 6 months. Started out great for the first 2 months but battery life started getting shorter and became less and less effective at vacuuming. Don’t waste your money buying this vacuum.

Worked great for a month. Now it turns on for about 1 second and then turns off. Best Buy has a ridiculous 15 day return policy. If you decide to take a chance with this vacuum, make sure you buy it somewhere else that has a more reasonable 90 day return policy.

This item has too much plastic and too bulky for a hand held vacuum with very little suction.

This a best buy review not a review for ordered product.....I would give this no stars but cant! Delivery service stated package was delivered however package was never delivered to me. Bestbuy told me it was nothing they could do.

This wasn't what I thought it was. The first time I used it didnt have the power to pick up random crumbs let alone pet hair. I thought it was because it wasnt fully charged. Even after a full charge it wasnt a good vacuum for anything.

Charge don’t last for long. Customer rep mentioned that 24hr charging time give half hour of battery life. Don’t know if that’s true but not worth having it

Save your money. The battery died on me quickly and you cant take it back to store or send it back. They wanted me to take it to some other shop to drop off and have them fix it. No clue where the heck this shop was.

Stopped working not even a few months after buying and had no suction. Waste of money

Issues with charging straight out of the box (blinking red and green, which indicates an error). Called Bissell, and they were super unhelpful, so I guess I'm going back out into the madness to exchange this thing.

I purchased it in july 2nd and it stopped working 2 weeks later. I have to now take it back to BB in hopes that they can exchange it. Problem is I tossed the box thinking I wouldn't need it r woukd need to return it.
