BOSS Audio - BOSS Elite Single-DIN Car Stereo Apple CarPlay Android Auto, 10.1-Inch Floating Touchscreen, Sirius XM-Ready, Bluetooth - Black

I installed this in a 2010 Nissan Frontier to have bluetooth connectivity. One of the features i wanted was a volume dial instead of up and down arrows. Ive had it for a couple of months and it has been working great so far. We have connected 3 different phones, and it connects quickly. The features and good. I wasnt lookingnfor anything too crazy. Adjusting the bass and trebble settings is a little more complicated than i expected. I dont know the difference between all of the hertz and megahertz. Simple bass and trebble adjustment would have been fine, but it does have sone preset sound settings for different music and talking styles. Overall a good product so far.

I would like to be able to write a review more so on the actual product but the Best Buy installation team in Wilmington NC did a sub par job on installing the product. I got this as a present for my dad when his head unit went out in his truck. Upon installation and power up of the unit the amplifier and rear driver side speaker both fried. Never had any issues with any of the speakers or amp prior. Was told oh well thats not their problem. The bluetooth microphone would not work . No one could hear my dad speak and he could not hear us speaking back when bluetooth was paired. So im not sure if it was the installation team, the product , or a combination of both that caused these issues. I tried reaching out to the corporate number and was told by Chris B. ( refused to give me a full name) member of the national best buy auto parts team that it wasnt a corporate issue that everything laid soley on the Wilmington NC installation store. So be careful with this product and this locations installation team
