Ink does the trick. Expensive for what you get but that's not Best Buy's fault. I have tried knock-off ink on other printers but have had issues. Don't want to take the chance with a high-end home photo machine/entry level pro version. You get what you pay for.

Using a Canon 1000 photo printer along with their specified ink really develops a perfect picture with quick dry feature.

The Canon cartridges aren't cheap but they work well and don't clog the printer if it sits for some time in my experience.

Great print cartridges for Canon Pro-100. I am completely satisfied.

This is the canon ink for my canon printer and works very well making canon prints! All the colors you need for your printer are present and in separate ink cartridges which makes it more economical. You only need to change one in color when it gets depleted and not waste any other colors. You get exceptional images with the correct inks, not washed out looking and great contrast! Wish the ink tanks were just a little bigger for the price. They seem very small.

This Canon CLI-42 is specialized ink for the Canon Pro-100 printer. While it can perform other functions, but this is a photography grade printer. It is streak free and the ink dries fast. Very good quality, but pricey ($130 average).

I am an avid scrapbooker and photo artist. So I print a LOT of pages and photo compositions. I purchased my first Canon Pro 100 printer last year - upgrade from my Epson 1800 and HP printers, dedicated to scrapbooking and card making. I like the multipack of inks and the XL black. So far I am very happy with the quality and the quantity of prints I have been getting.

These are the only inks to use with my Canon Pro-100 printer, so that pretty well eliminates any competition, but I do believe these are overpriced, especially for how long they last.

I received my Canon printer as a gift from my husband, I love the vibrant ink colors that this ink brings to my personal Photographs. The photos were given as gifts so I felt it was important to have the very best ink to make my gifts beautiful. I know there will be no fading, Therefore no unhappy recipatants from my classic family and vacation photographs.

Not much to say here. All ink costs more than you want it to, but I wouldn't consider trying a generic ink on this printer. One doesn't buy a printer that prints large format photos and then cheap out on the ink, or paper for that matter. Competitive pricing and was in stock at our local Best Buy, so that was good, too!

I’ve always purchased OEM ink tanks and in the case of photo printers where the output has been profiled it just makes sense to stick with what works. The tanks are fully filled and the individual colors allow for replacement of just the ones that are being used. The only ink tanks I’ll use on my Pro 100 printer.

It was very easy to complete this purchase on the Best Buy site. The ink is far superior to the off brands that clogged my printer and were of poor color quality.

It was just a basic toner for the canon that I bought. For the price that is a lot of toner.

While very pricey, this is the ink required for the Canon 100. Looking forward to printing great pictures!

I bought a pixma pro 100 to print pictures of my firstborn son. Safe to say the wife printed about 200-300 pictures (mostly 4x6, a few 5x7, and a couple of 8x10). The ink tanks lasted over a year so...... Yes, I'd justify the price.
