Great looking printer at a much more compact design compared to the one it replaces - good prints and scans great. Also easy to use and looking foward to see if replacement ink arrives in time - with kids in school this really needed.

Let me start by saying this printer prints great. It is not without its issues however. The printer has a front and rear loading paper tray and the rear is the only one that takes photo paper (4x6). The bottom tray takes A4 (or 8.5x11). So to get this printer to function to be able to print both sizes or multiple sizes of paper - the user must juggle between two trays. Every time the user loads paper into a tray the printer will prompt you to register the size of the paper that was just installed. IF YOU DONT REGISTER THE SIZE apple AirPrint will not give you an option to print that size. So originally when I tried to AirPrint from my photo album on my iPhone 7 only 8.5x11 was an option and customer support at Cannon could not figure it out. I did simply by stumbling on this by trial and error. The printer occasionally has to be reminded of size options if someone refills the paper and doesn’t register it. Meaning every time you reload paper or even bump the rear paper tray flap you must go through the on screen prompts to re-register the paper size or it will not come up on AirPrint. It’s really kind of a pain in the butt. The other problem is the Cannon print selphy app. The cannon app only sorts iPhone albums by date. For example: if you took 1 picture each day for 700 days you would have 700 folders to scroll through to try and find the photo your looking for. Cannon customer support said this is the only way their app imports pictures from the users photo album on an iPhone. So if you have a ‘Vacation 2017’ photo album it will not import into the Cannon selphy print app. I don’t know how this printer got such awesome reviews. I’ve exhausted all my time with phone calls to both apple and Cannon about these issues and the only fix is a software update or new printer. Otherwise it’s a great printer.

This printer is nice and compact. It is very easy to setup and the wireless printing works really well. I can't comment much on the pictures quality because I didn't buy it to print photos.

Printer was easy to setup and easy to connect wireless devices. Print quality is good and having six inks should produce reasonable photo prints.

Printer was easy to setup/install. Found my wireless network. My iPhone was able to air print with no issue. Quality of black and white and color prints are very clear and crisp.

I replaced a Cannon Pixma MP970 with the Pixma TS9020. Though I love the older printer, I appreciate the wireless function and scanning multi-page documents. I do wish it had a autofeeder, but I made the conscious decision to settle for a printer with out this function. I was not looking for professional prints of pictures or documents, so this printer serves my needs. Quality scans, pictures for scrapbooking projects, and black & white document printing. I do find color replicas of documents are not sharp, but they are legible.

Sleek design, easy setup I really like the fact there are two black ink cartridges, one for documents, one for photos. Rear load paper option for cardstock paper Great price

This is a great slim-line little unit. It came with full size inks, was a breeze to set up and easily ranks at the top of all printers for quality...

Got this for an amazing price right around Black Friday and so far it has been awesome! It was really easy to setup and printing from the mobile app is also very simple. Color copies come out very nice, the only thing that is a con is how fast the ink cartridges are used up (but that’s par for the course with this product line). I would not have paid full retail for it, because I look for good prices before any electronics purchase.

The printer is fast, with high quality and was very easy to set up. In addition colors last a long time and the space it needs is small

While shopping for a inverter for a trip I spotted the canon printer on sale for a AMAZING price. Not only is it compact but it's a quality printer, scanner and makes clear precise copies. I would have paid full price for this machine but getting it for nearly half price was a great gift for sure for my two college students, I mean my kids..

I have had Canon Pixma printers for years and loved them. I strayed when my daughter went to college, thinking I'd need a "hardcore" printer and got a giant Epson. Big mistake. I came to my senses and bought this Canon. I love the print from my phone feature, the individual ink cartridges, and how compact it is. Never leaving Canon again!

Great price, great quality. It is easy to set up and its wireless so everyone in the family can use it from anywhere in the house. I print mostly from my phone, which is a great feature. The picture quality is amazing- cant even tell it was printed from home. The printer is quiet and prints fast. great purchase!

We owned a Canon PIXIMA we owned for 7 years, used it for business as well as personal use and printing out a few pictures from time to time. When our loyal printer finally succumb to old age we had no hesitation on seeking out another PIXIMA printer. This was on sale for $49.99 well worth it since ink refills cost more. Printing quality so far is very good, actually impressive. Looks sharp and prints out fast. We have not as of yet printed out any pictures so we have no opinion on how it compares to our last printer. It also goes to sleep and awakes up with far more reliability than our old PIXIMA. Networking seems very much improved as well. However the quality of the build feels cheap, in comparison our old printer was huge and felt like a mini photo copier. The paper tray operated with a solid thunk, this new printer's paper tray is a pain to line up, sitting on the desk we sometime have to move it out to lift it up enough for the paper try to line up correctly. The other option much missed is the SD card reader used to allow scanned document to be saved to it, in the TS9020 is will only print out from with no save to SD card feature. Canon decided to save scans by transmitting via network to your computer or smart phone, problem or us was the Canon software for receiving the scans and syncing with the printer did not recognize the printer and the printer did not recognize the computers (we could print but not save scans), so we couldn't save our scans to email them like we needed to do, however our smartphone did connect correctly eventually we were able to accomplish the task at hand. We have since reinstalled the software and it seems to recognize the computers now but it hasn't been tested yet, still we really miss the reliability of the SD card save. So far we like this printer a lot however miss a few of the features and build quality of the old PIXIMA we purchased 7 years ago. The only hesitation we have recommending this printer to everyone is the build quality is so cheap, however we should say the print quality is very good. If you are looking for a good cheap printer this should do the job, just don't pay the $199 MSRP.

nice compact printer. nice features. it is a bit noisier than I expected compared to a mg8220 that I have. I think making the foot print smaller may have been at the expense of sound dampening. not a deal breaker level difference but it is noticeable. print quality as expected from canon and speed seems a bit faster than the 8220. the wifi strength reads out as soso in the same room as the router but has no issues with anyone printing from anywhere in the house. overall, I like the printer. even the shinny white lid

This thing was a breeze to set up. Picked it up on sale and it seemed to be the best quality printer in the price range compared the other ones. Print quality seems very high and it all works so flawlessly with our computers and mobile devices in the house.

This printer was a great purchase. Quickly prints, and device set up has been a snap. I like that it shuts off on it's own and goes into sleep mode, but when you call on it to print again, it starts up on it's own as well. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I got this on Thanksgiving sale for excellent price. So far it works perfectly, the quality is good and printed photos and documents looks amazing. I was following the recommended installation steps and I had no issues with setup, connections or printing.
