After having looked through a few of the universal e-bike chargers, their power requirements are well in excess of what this unit is able to produce. I would be concerned about this kind of load damaging the inverter, which would not be covered under warranty. This also does not take into account that those e-bike chargers are inverters designed to work with the pure sine wave power of your home's utility power and not the simulated sine wave output of this device, meaning that the charger will try to draw even more power through the inverter than what the specs of your charger will show to compensate for the difference.
