I am very pleased with the performance of this Dell Inspiron Desktop. It is much faster than my old Lenovo desktop computer. It is also smaller and more compact than my old Lenovo desktop.

Good computer. We got this for my husband's work and it does everything he needs.I'm more, we've had it for well over a year and it's still working really good. It's used daily for several hours.

This replaced my old desktop. It really has been easy to navigate and learn all the things that have changed. Windows 11 is quite different from 10. My old Dell still works, just wanted an upgrade with more storage.

I love my Dell Inspiron 3020. The original price is around $950 and I paid $440 for an open box version that was basically brand new. The I7 13700 processor is everything I needed.

Dell - Inspiron 3020 Desktop - 13th Gen Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - Intel UHD Graphics 770 - 512GB SSD - Mist Blue is a fast responsive computer. I have had no issues with lag or opening any pages even while I have many, many tabs open. I am able to operate Adobe with no issues for photography editing as well. This is a great computer that I highly recommend!

easy setup and works fast compared to my old PC. very happy with this product. i just needed a pc to help me organize my bills and attend my weekly zoom meetings and it has not slowed down or given me any issues. when Christmas season comes around i will easily be able to view all my grandchildren's Christmas lists and order them without any issues.

This was a breeze to set up and connect to wifi. It is for my mom, and after a few pointers about Windows 11 differences, she was off browsing her email online and loving computer life again. I have not tried any gaming on it, but this was not the purpose of this purchase. It was to upgrade things like the drive to SSD, and get lots of RAM, and just generally update. I am very happy with this purchase. Thinking of getting one for myself now.

Our other Dell PC lasted for almost eight years! Am hoping that this one will do at least the same. Getting used to Windows 11 is a bit challenging for a basically ignorant computer user. Super fast, however. 16 GIG memory is more than enough for my uses. Who knows, may come back with a 5 star after a year?

I recently purchased this desktop and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The sleek and modern design fits perfectly in my home office, and the performance has exceeded my expectations. The processor and RAM provide lightning-fast speeds, making it easy to multitask and run demanding applications. The storage capacity is also plenty spacious, allowing me to store all my files, photos, and videos with ease. The display is crisp and vibrant, making it perfect for graphic design and video editing. The graphics card also delivers impressive performance, allowing me to play games and run graphics-intensive programs without any issues. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this desktop and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a powerful and reliable machine." Please let me know if you would like me to customize this review for a specific desktop model!

Dell has produced a reasonably priced and reasonably performing system for office users, and while in this class you don't expect bells and whistles I remain disappointed by some of the anti-user engineering decisions. System does not support 1.35V memory or memory of a different speed, which strikes me as a malicious anti-user decision. I've literally never even encountered this problem before. There is no active chassis ventilation, and while there is space for a 92mm fan it's covered by the CPU exhaust fan shroud and even if it wasn't there are no fan headers on the motherboard. No seven segment LED or motherboard buzzer speaker to diagnose errors (like the one caused by trying to install 1.35 V memory), though on the plus side the power LED blinks error codes at you. Nitpicking but the DIMM slots are located very close to the top of the chassis which makes removal of installed DIMMs difficult. I'm not in the mood to be charitable on this point since Dell has forced to me try many different types of memory. Power supply is a proprietary form factor and cannot be replaced with a standard ATX unit. No modular cables (admittedly not to be expected for this type of system) and most negatively there is no on/off switch. Dell has installed unneeded crapware such as McAfee (this is MALWARE and should not be installed by anyone--shame on Dell and shame on Intel), Office 365 in three different languages, and a bunch of CyberPower stuff. On the plus side the system is quiet and the Intel Core i7-13700 is a solid performer. Fit and finish of the chassis are also good. A quick note on Windows 11 in the event a potential buyer has not used it yet. Windows 11 performs well and mostly looks well. Some of the user interface changes are good, some are not. Microsoft has decided to again destroy the Start Menu after a partial restoration with Windows 10. You'll need a third party program like Start11 to fix it, but this is nothing new since Microsoft has been waging a holy war against the Start Menu for the past decade. Overall this purchase reminds me of why I swore off purchasing OEM systems and I regret making it. That said if you're not a power user and never intend to open the chassis and just want to get going with a decent computer, this is an acceptable choice.

Love it! Love it! Love it! I am grateful beyond words that my son-in-law is an IT person who was able to transfer everything from my old non-working computer to my new Dell. This Dell because of the i7 core is VERY fast from start up to shut down. Every program I installed opens quickly and without issue and because it doesn't have a fan, it doesn't make any noise. I highly recommend for anyone who spends a lot of time on their computer.

I love this computer. I use it for home and business application. I thought it would take me forever to set it up and get going but I found it easy and simple. My old computer crashed and data from that computer had to be transferred to my new Dell. All my data from the old machine was transferred and i was afraid i wouldn't have enough storage left for creating new projects but that wasn't the case. Im excited to explore more with my new Dell.
