Since I wanted a new Dell tower and money was a little concern, I decided on purchasing this refurbished OptiPlex. When I finally set it up (extremely easy to do) I was very impressed with the operating speed and overall performance of the device. I was happy I did not have to spend a lot of money on a Dell product in my opinion is as good as a new one. Since I have a large collection of desktops & laptops it is always good to be able to update devices without having to pay a lot. I will definitely look at purchasing another refurbished Dell computer on my next laptop purchase. Shout out to JOYSYSTEMS for an excellent job on the refurbish job for this tower.

Very good computer and a super great price! It does however have three small issues that are easy and cheap to fix. 1) no wifi, so you'll need to buy an adapter 2) no bluetooth, so you'll also have to buy an adapter 3) no HDMI, so you'll have to get a display port cable. That's the only reason I gave 4 of 5 stars because it wasn't listed. Overall a great buy and would recommend for everyday business or personal use.

I love this desktop. It's very dependable and sturdy. I also love the fact that you get the 480 GB SSD. Most PCs come with less storage now a days but I see Best Buy provides PCs with larger storage which is a good selling point. The specs on this unit is high standard in my book. I'm glad I found it. Thanks BestBuy! You're number 1!! FYI, this PC is considered corporate level. Windows 10 and up runs seamlessly on this unit with these specs.

This is the first time I purchased a refurbished computer. Pros - I like that it does not have a bunch of preloaded software like new computers. If you already have your favorite programs and anti virus programs, this is a really nice touch. When I started it up, it only had two icons on the desk top, MS Edge and the recycle bin. Works really well, actually better than I expected. Only one con: the headphone jack is deformed and you can not put a RCA jack or whatever jack it takes inside. You can actually see it is defective by looking at it. If it was not for this, I would have gave it 5 stars. I didn't notice it until I had a zoom meeting, I can get around it by using my desktop speakers and just the mic jack. But still, everything should work when you get it. That said, because everything else works really well and the price was good, I would consider getting a refurbished for my next computer.

This is a great computer. It is very fast. It was easy to set up and all of my stuff loaded easily. It has a one year warranty. The instructions were very detailed for anyone who is not sure about starting up a computer. Highly recommend!

Had a little difficulty getting the new computer to recognize and download the cloud that had all my saved items from old desktop. With help from vendor and some persistence of my own, it now functions very well. So I rate it as good plus.

Item arrived according to schedule. Easy to set up. In very good physical condition, seems that all components are working properly. I am very happy with this purchase. Will consider more refurbished products in the future.

Well packaged. Easy to set up. Perfect for my needs which are pretty basic. Two things to be aware of is that it doesn't have built in Wi-Fi. So you'll need to pick up an adapters for each. I don't think any in this price range have them.

Nice computer!! Quiet means you don't know if its on or off unless you see the power light showing on. No problems at this time. I added a wireless antenna for internet, wireless trackball, using dual monitors for work and all is fine. Thanks

It's working well, but it goes on sleep mode when you turn it off. Settings maybe. Overall reliability is OK.

This computer is wonderful. It is so much faster than the one we had. I am very pleased with it. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

This PC meets all my needs. I'm running a small business and this PC is fast and it has enough ram for multitasking. Customer service is speedy and courteous as well. I'll be buying my wife's new PC from Best Buy and Joy Systems! :)

Does NOT have Bluetooth capabilities. Other then that it was as expected.

Dell - Refurbished OptiPlex Desktop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 480GB SSD - Black/Silver great purchase for the price

This item worked great for about 6 months. It doesn't have built-in wifi, so I did buy an adapter, but it was really fast and worked well for the Excel work, python coding, and R coding I was doing on large datasets. Then it totally stopped working - it wouldn't power on successfully. I brought it to the geek squad, who were amazing and tried their best, the two stars are for them. But because it was refurbished through Joy Systems, I had to send it to Joy systems for repairs. Joy systems was horrible to work with. I sat on hold for four hours before giving up when they called. They returned my computer and said they couldn't tell me what repairs they did. The computer they sent back does turn on, but it freezes up about 5 minutes after starting up and becomes unresponsive. I don't want to deal with joy systems again
