The NXL-IQ10SUB/WH is a 10" car subwoofer from the DS18 NXL-IQ series. It handles 500 watts RMS and uses a single voice coil at 4 ohms per coil, which keeps wiring simple with most monoblock amplifiers. Peak power handling is 1000 watts. Marine-grade construction resists saltwater, UV exposure and temperature swings for boats, side-by-sides and powersports vehicles. Integrated Digital LED lighting is built into the basket. Please note that a lighting controller is required for full control and is sold separately, not included with this product. Mounting requires an 8.66" cutout diameter and 5.31" of mounting depth, so confirm your enclosure before installing. Pair it with a matching monoblock amplifier and a properly tuned enclosure to get the most low-frequency output.
Rated at 500 watts RMS and 1000 watts peak. Behind that rating: 2.4" voice coil on a glass fiber former wound with CCAW wire, a 73oz + 1.8oz ferrite + neodymium motor and 6.6mm of one-way excursion. That is what lets a 10" cone move this much air without losing control.
The single voice coil design keeps wiring simple and works with most monoblock car amplifiers without impedance calculations.

This 10" subwoofer requires an 8.66" cutout diameter and 5.31" of mounting depth. DS18 recommends a sealed enclosure of 2 cu ft. Check these numbers against your enclosure before ordering: enclosure volume and tuning change the low-frequency response as much as the driver does.
