The SB10A is a loaded subwoofer enclosure with a sealed box. It comes with a 10" subwoofer already installed and wired, so you only add an amplifier — or nothing at all, since the amplifier is built in. Total power handling is 350 watts RMS and 700 watts peak. The built-in digital amplifier is matched to the subwoofer, so there is no guesswork in gain setting or impedance matching. The box has an internal volume of 12L / 0.42ft3 and a port tuned to N/A. Construction is 0.59" MDF finished in non-woven fabric. Everything is assembled and ready to drop in, which saves the cost and time of building a custom enclosure.
Single-cab trucks, small coupes, tight cargo areas: the SB10A is 4.8" deep at its slimmest point and slides under or behind a seat. You get the low end that makes a system feel finished, without giving up the space a conventional box would eat.
A 350W RMS (700W max) Class D monoblock is mounted to the enclosure and tuned to the 10" shallow sub inside. No separate amp to buy, no rack to build, no impedance math, no gain guesswork. Power, ground, signal, done.
High-level speaker inputs and low-level RCA inputs are both on board, so it works with a factory head unit that has no preamp outputs or with an aftermarket deck. Whichever your vehicle has, it connects.
The sealed .59" MDF enclosure drops off at 48Hz and keeps the low end controlled rather than boomy. Bass notes start and stop with the music instead of smearing into one continuous rumble.
Onboard low-pass filtering and level control let you blend the sub to your door speakers, so the system sounds like one system and not like a subwoofer fighting everything else.
