I have LONG hair and this worked perfect for me because the one that comes with the original Dyson Airwrap set was too small. My hair is to my waist!!

Soooo... I bought two of these thinking each order only came with one barrel. Dumb - but they are fantastic. If you have long hair, extensions or thick hair - these are perfect!

perfect for longer hair. I couldn’t really use the shorter original barrels because my hair was too long so these are perfect

If you have longer hair, the longer rods are a MUST have! Will make it easier and faster to do your hair! (My hair is just below my shoulders).

Excellent long tool for curling your extra long hair. This curling iron is snagging and dyson keeps us on our toes with new selections constantly. I love dyson products. They're a bit pricey, but let's face it, well worth every penny.

The long barrel definitely makes curling my hair way easier. The ones that came with the airwrap do fine. But these make it where I’m not fighting to keep any part of my hair on the barrel.

Works very well for long hair. The ones that come with the air wrap system don’t work well for hair past shoulder. This is a must if have longer hair and so easy to dry and style hair.

You are spending $600 on the Dyson airwrap already, why aren’t these included? These definitely made it easier to get hair wrapped around the barrel. I have hair past my shoulders and had a difficult time using the smaller barrels that were provided in the original case. This has cut my time down in half for doing my hair! I officially can say I love it and will keep it. I was unsure until I purchased the longer barrels.

So much nicer than the original curling barrels! The originals work super well but it’s so much easier when you have long hair to use these.

Life changing comparing to original barrels in set! Much faster and easier to curl long hair. A must have if you already invested in the set.

So happy I bought these - the ones that come with the airwrap did not work with my long hair. These truly make curling my hair so easy and its great if I am having a lazy day. - sad however that when I bought the airwrap they didnt give the option to include either the long or short

Finally! Don’t know why dyson didn’t think of this sooner, or rather, bothered with the original length barrel in the first place. Long haired ladies all need this attachment if you own the air wrap- saves even more time.

My hair length runs past my mid back. I was able to use the barrel that came with the original set, but it would not capture all my hair. No more issues with that. The long barrel produces perfect curls.

This barrel attachment is so much easier to use than the short ones if you have long hair! I have straight hair (type 1) and unfortunately my hair does not hold a curl. I would say this attachment is probably better for someone with curlier hair or coarse hair. For me, the curls drop significantly and this might work better if I had medium layers since the ends do remain looking wavy even after a few hours.
