The Dyson Airwrap 1.2 inch long barrels create and set voluminous curls or waves in longer hair. The Dyson Airwrap styler harnesses an aerodynamic phenomenon called the Coanda effect, propelled by the Dyson digital motor V9. It curves air to attract hair to the barrel. Styling with air, not extreme heat.

Q: Hi. Will the dyson airwrap work with the dyson supersonic hair dryer?
A: It’s too bad they don’t make the attachments interchangeable because I like the airwrap when I want to straighten my curly hair for going out for something special but for everyday I just want a quick diffuser to keep the curl. There is not a diffuser with the airwrap and I’m not buying two expensive hairdryers.
