Hi Ann, this is David with Dyson. While part of your question may have been cut off, we can confirm that Dyson Airwrap™ will be compatible with all attachments designed for the Airwrap™. Additional attachments, and those included in the box will not be specific to the machine that is purchased and can connect to other Dyson Airwrap™ machines. Best wishes, David Dyson Customer Support
