Watch band malfunction poor quality

The metal pieces fell out of watch band while putting it on the watch I try to get a refund with no success I won’t be buying anything else fro Best Buy The red band that I’m writing about would not show up on site to even try to do a return so I spoke to someone on the phone with no success wasted money on a watch band I’m going to Amazon to buy some watch bands who has an excellent return policy
