The GEEKOM A9 Mega is a desktop-class AI workstation in a 1.9kg mini PC. The AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 388 processor combines 8 Zen 5 cores and 16 threads at up to 5.0GHz with a 50 TOPS NPU and the full 40-compute-unit Radeon 8060S GPU, giving it the graphics throughput of a discrete card without one. 64GB of quad-channel LPDDR5X-8000 memory feeds the GPU and NPU with high bandwidth for running large local AI models, and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD provides fast storage with a second M.2 slot available for expansion. Note that the memory is soldered and cannot be upgraded after purchase.
