I had heard that this game was fun so i decided to pick it up during the off-season. Um, wow. This game is not only fun, but has a fascinating story and the world has so much character. Hollow Knight is challenging at times, but never quite like Elden Ring (blessings). You have so much to explore, a plot to discover, and epic battles to conquer. And let me say the music - INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend this game to anyone. Cannot wait for the sequel.

AMAZING. Difficult but rewarding game. Also recommend playing Silksong afterwards.

I want to play silk song but feel like I should play hollow knight first. So I bought it and its been a fun play so far. It tests out your reaction skills and forces you to learn the attack patterns of the enemies. I totally recommend if you like challenging games. It also comes with a map of the game and a little guide book explaining the basics. the art on the box look really cool too.

This is what gaming is all about. There are words to describe how great this game is but I'll try. First of all it's beautiful to look at. As you traverse all the areas of the kingdom you'll be taken aback by the beautiful backgrounds and the diversity of the characters for small to big. The Lore and stories of hollownest just envelope you into it. The challenges are many and some are easy while many are not. I find myself coming back to this game on a daily basis determined to beat it. I can't hello it as I've been so drawn into it. One of the best things about this game is the cost. Now I'm one that feels the price of games on the gaming world is a bit rediculous. I normally wait for prices to go WAY down or I buy games second hand. I purchased this game at its everyday price of $16.99 (???)The funny thing is i feel this game is worth SOOOO MUCH more. I truly hope whom so ever reads this review invests a few dollars for this game. It gets the highest recommendation! You cannot go wrong!

Stunning visuals, tight controls, and rich lore: Hollow Knight is a masterpiece of metroidvania!

This is one of the best game that I have ever played in my entire life. Love the bosses, maps, lore, music, aesthetics. No conplaints at all. You will jot be disappointed

This is a 2D metroidvaina-style platforming game with difficult levels and bosses. It’s very fun, but not for the faint of heart. It is a quality experience, and a well-made game. The copy I received had a sticker on the wrapper indicating the game contains all DLC released so far, which is great.

Beautiful, haunting, somber, bittersweet, and incredibly charming. The visuals are gorgeous; all of the character and environment designs have a Studio Ghibli feel. Fun and satisfying movement and combat that becomes more complex and creative as the game goes on. Well implemented world-building and lore. The gameplay is conducive to creativity and experimentation. The first time I turned the game on, I played for 8 hours straight without even noticing. Outstanding game, I can't reccomend it enough.

Once Silk Song’s release date was confirmed- I jumped on the chance to own the original game physically. BestBuy was the only major retailer in my area that carried it. Picked up in store and it was in great condition. One day I will dive into Hollow Knight. I’m glad I was able to add this to my physical collection and pleasantly surprised it comes with the dlc/ expansion updates!

Hallow Knight is a super well made metroidvania side scroller with an awesome gothic/dark aesthetic. The gameplay is among the best with the combat feeling very precise and satisfying. There's a reason why this game is one of the highest rated games of all time and being able to play it on the go with the Switch just makes it better.

Incredibly difficult game, but very rewarding. The hand drawn levels and landscapes are candy to the eyes and the tone setting music really makes the game special. The game will test you, but overcoming those challenges is EPIC!
