I purchase this laptop in April 2023. It has good reviews and I liked the larger screen. The laptop has less than 75 hours of use. 5 days ago the screen began to fail by going dark with in 1 minute and required closure of the laptop to an accessible screen. Now the failure is within 10 seconds. I suspect that if I open and close it a couple more times there will be a 100% failure. The screen is a deal breaker! When functioning as expected I was very happen with the laptop. Out of the box it was easy to set up, connect and use.

It worked great up until 3 weeks AFTER the one year warranty and then all of a sudden, it crashed and had hard drive issues even though it worked perfectly fine. Of course Best Buy and HP refuse to help because there was no extended warranty. Seems a little suspicious that 3 weeks after the one year warranty it random crashes. Super irritated as a one year old laptop should have hard drive issues when it has barely been used and hardly anything saved to it.

the best thing was the screen but i had problems with the keyboard some keys would think im holding down to it after a while when im not so long sessions of typing or gaming isnt ideal. also the mic wasnt that great either so im personally returning mine but for streaming and general use it’s alright

Much bigger screen than I needed after receiving it, and screen wasn’t glass but more like a transparent screen. The touchpad was no user friendly clicking in the place where I should but not working properly.

I have not open the box for this computer. This is not what I want. I need faster, and a touchscreen. Can this computer be returned
