The laptop is lightweight and overall a good laptop. I dislike the fact that it only has 2 usb ports though. That is inconvenient

First laptop in years. Figuring out what “S mode” was is a little confusing. Screen display is awesome. Large and bright which is what I wanted. Battery goes quickly. I gotta figure out how to help that. Lol. The deal was right on the price. I’m satisfied for what I’ll be using it for. Charges quickly. Ty

I love this computer and easy to used and batteries last a long time. I have no problem so far and I had it since July last year.

This HP Laptop is rather nice. The screen width is what I need and I was surprised with how light weight it is. The only think I wish it had was an actual hard drive to add storage for personal files. While the SSD does help with speed, it also limits what you can keep on the computer. Overall, a good deal though.

the storage isnt the best for someone who wants to use it for gaming and such but for the price it was it works great. runs smoothly and efficiently. battery lasts a good amoujnt of time.

The item is mechanically sound and performs well. It suffers from being loaded with Windows 11 . The only reason I bought a Windows computer is I have several programs that require Windows. I use it as a stand-alone "shop" computer and It took several hours to purge the intrusive MicroSoft "features" which are a bunch of useless crap.

Good value. Adequate features. Good display, speed, battery life, lightweight. This is good value for the money.

I love the bigger screen. Much faster than our old one!I like HP products because they do not change their products drastically. The older I get, the harder it is to learn new technology! It is comforting to have a new updated product but still know how to navigate through it.

So far, I love the this computer, The price was extremely affordable and I love the size of the screen, The volume on the computer can be better, but for the price it does the job and it's no issue once you have headphones, The battery life on it is also great.

I have enjoyed having a new laptop with a larger screen than my other ones! And for it to be an i3 the speed has fast enough for me and my school work! Thanx hp and BestBuy!

This laptop has been great, but the power chord just went out Feb. 2026. It stopped charging my laptop. Also, the MS office included will stop working if you do not purchase additional use.

The HP 17.3" HD Laptop represents a very good value at Best Buy. This is the most computer I have ever purchase for such a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend it. Unfortunately, I'm still having problems with the Geek Squad set up of the Microsoft 365 application I purchased with the computer.

The laptop seems good so far. Long battery life. Unfortunately I was not aware of it coming with “s mode” which caused all kinds of problems downloading everything from the free webroot program that came with it to the program I bought it for. Had to pay my work IT guy $45 to get it turned off.

The power button is so small and blends in with the keyboard. Great for minimalism if that's your thing. Larger than average trackpad. Ports are very tight and sometimes takes a lot of strength to pull a USB drive out. The system runs perfectly sound for the specs it has.

nice computer, fast and easy to use. price was good because it was on sale.
