The print quality was poor. I bought it thinking it would be fine since it was an authentic HP product.

I signed up for the HP Easy Ink program and they sent me new cartridges that have more ink than the XL cartridges. The cost of the program is less than buying the ink from the store. I don't know that I will buy ink again.

Cartridges cost almost as much as printer did. When I bought my printer I should have researched how much the refill cartridges were. It would be nice to catch them on sale or on a 3 pack discount sometime.

Bought this for replacing an old cartridge, no problems with the quality but could find a more cheaper version at a lower price.

The price is outrageous . Never fely so ripped off in my life but what choice do you have besides buy another printer

I have had more and more problems with HP and their inks in the past 2 years than ever before. Now it's just more expensive to print. It's ridiculous. Further, Best Buy did not even have high yield color cartridges in stock the day I needed to purchase, nor did they have a HY combo pack, so I had to buy all separately, which of course is even more expensive. Shame.

HP inks as most any brand are overpriced. Manufacturer's make more money on ink than they do on equipment. You can buy a printer cheap and get slammed when you run out of "Sample" cartridges provided when you make your initial purchase

Ink runs out super fast... best to not buy an HP printer. Get a generic one for cheaper ink. Have to spend $200 on ink every 4 months and I never print. Like it just dries up.

These cartridges are too expensive and don't last as long as they used to. It's very expensive to use this printer.

Inkjet dries out if you don’t use it at least every couple of days. Have decided to try laser printer.

Upon opening the seal, some of the ink spilled out. I thought it was doing but it kept happening to the other ink cartridges I purchased from BB. It's working fine now.

ink is ink, what can i say. i think it is over priced, but then we would never see the printers so inexpensive to purchase. Either way your going to pay for it. "no free lunch"

Have purchased this cartridge for years. No issues but the product was not what you as labeled. Left stranded without black ink until Best Buy opened.

Hate buying ink for printers and hate that it’s a chore to “shop around” for pricing. Product is what it is.

I suggest you get a different brand printer. HP ink is way over priced and the quality is not any better than epson.

I needed the black cartridge and the Best Buy sales person directed me where to find it and what i needed.

Very expensive. I purchased this ink for a printer that was determined to be damaged and unrepairable.

Like all cartridges, they don't last, the business is not in the printers is in the constant buying of ink, rip off!
