A: I just got off the phone with HP. The CN045AN has a Z10 on the front of the package and on the cartridge. This is a regional code and the cartridge is only good for US & Canada printers. My old black cartridge that just ran out of ink was a Z20 cartridge, not Z10. I had to take out all the Z20 cartridges and only put in Z10. HP tech support then had to reset the regional code on my printer to accept the Z10 cartridges only. This wasted over an hour of my time and I had to throw out my partially used Z20 color cartridges as they were no longer compatible with the new Z10 black cartridge. My printer is working again and accept the new CN045AN cartridges. Good luck, it's crazy!
