Great printer! Photos come out amazing! Also easy to setup

This is my second one,, the first one lasted many years. But its failing,, but these machines out print their life spans. Excellent printing. And I use Instant Ink for printing so cheaply,,, its worth ... dollars a month.... HP knows what they are doing. Now I wish they would move up to wide mouth printers that use HP Instant Ink.

Good printer Fast but the only thing is that the cartridge empty fast

I'm enjoying my new printer and it's perfect for the printing that I do at home. The setup was a bit of a challenge for me but I got it done.

I really like this printer. The only problem I have now is, after a year of having it, it displays message of being out of paper when it’s not and when sending jobs to the printer, it won’t print, says it’s offline, etc. It’s starting to become annoying when I’m trying to make copies for court appointments.

I’ve only owned HP. I like how fast and quiet it is.

This was a great buy and printer. The quality of print is amazing.

Overall this HP Envy Photor Printer w/ its many features one being wireless and so much more. Im just really excited that I found such a steal of deal here period.

Great printer an scanner for personal purposes and for business too as long as,it is not too much.

I you connect this 7858 printer (only this printer that I know of) to your computer via a USB cable (cable provide by HP or my old cable) Microsoft tries to update driver 44.1.2402.1741 which will not install. HP worked with me @ 3 hours and gave up unless I paid them money. Microsoft has upgraded it to a level 2 error and worked for over 5 hours so far. Printer will work fine via USB or Wireless even with this error. I have the lates version of Windows 11 Home installed on my computer. This is not just my printer, search the web for "44.1.2402.1741" and see how many error are reported.

As always, like all HP printers I have used in the past at work or at home, this one works great too. The all in one features are very handy and easy to browse and use. Got a great deal on Thanksgiving.

Good Printer for a good price. Thanks to the Geek Squad it was easy to set up.

I purchased this back in November but just fired it up about 3 weeks ago and I am not at all impressed. I am not sure what the issue is but when I print more than one page it gets un-aligned and prints 90% on one page and 10% on another. Unfortunately I am out of my return window or it would go straight back.

Great printer, I love how it automatically ejects the paper catcher so it will keep the paper from falling to the floor or desk

This printer has been a great deception, the quality of the printing of the sheets is normal but the ink consumption is exaggeratedly high, and in the case of the photos it has been much worse, the quality of the photos is very low, the colors they are pale even with new cartridges and all photos have lines that are not part of the original image, there is not a single photo that is of acceptable quality, they have all been wasted.

[Employee of bestbuy] My daughter is in college and always has new projects to do so when her my last printer became an office comedian and jammed when It felt like It and printed whatever It wanted not to mention the master of surprises never knowing when it would run out of ink! I knew it was time for a new one and working here gave me the advantage of knowing just the perfect printer to buy for a college student. Nope I did not get a free printer to write this I really cashed in 5 hours of work to pay for it. She has been using it for 6 months and not a single issue. Prints photos, documents, even faxes no problems so far ! I do recommend you download the HP app before you buy it so your a step ahead because its the best way to make it easier and learn the features and benefits before you pull the trigger.

Very easy setup works great, Prints from any device including phone computer or iPads. Good value for the cost.
