The Geek Squad successfully transferred all my data and set up my desktop just the way I like it. PC works well and is sleek and responsive. I was unhappy, though, that it came with Windows 11. I would have preferred Windows 10 because some of my old apps don't work well with it, like Picasa photo editing. Several Geek Squad techs tried to help remotely but they couldn't get my short videos (both old and new) to work. I just see a gray screen with sound. I also didn't like the small, flat keyboard that came with the tower and had to buy an old style one with raised keys that are slightly concaved, so my fingers don't slide off.

I am very happy with my purchase. My HP - ENVY Desktop is excellent, and the price is good. Highly recommended.

Very good machine, speed is good and aesthetically looks great. I do wish it had more display ports.

I like the product very much. It does everything I need in a computer without breaking the bank. I mainly use Office for word and spreadsheets. The computer is a desk top but it is smaller than the desktops I've had in the past so that it gives me more room on my desk. I'm am very satisfied with it. The advice I received from the Best Buy agent when I purchased it proved to be right on the money. I'm very satisfied with it.

A great computer for the price except for the Window 11 operating system. A lot of room for expansion. Room for slave hard drive. Room to add an additional ram because of empty slot.

Excellent computer to replace old desktop. Seems fast and easy to use however I do not like how much microsoft defaults everything and makes certain MS products hard to opt out of. One Drive, Microsoft edge, etc seem to latch on and you have to research how to deselect.

Easy setup; numerous USB ports; Windows 11: works fast. Pick up process was easy and preparation of tower with transfer from old tower was well done.

Should've stuck to Windows 10 instead of 11, but computer operates fine for basic functions and light use as far as multiple programs simultaneously.

Easy setup, quality worth the price and user friendly

We have been thrilled with our purchase. We desperately needed a new system and this one is perfect.

This is a fairly decent mid-range system, for home use, however, it lacks a DVD/CD drive, and USB3.0 ports. I mean is it really that expensive to include them??? Seriously???

The computer is great for my needs. Runs smooth and fast out of the box. There was no option to buy new, so I bought Open Box from the web site. There was a small price discount, but no mention that the keyboard, mouse and documentation were missing.

Excellent fast computer. I had Geek Squad connect it snd they were great. Also a lot of memory if windows comes up with a later version. This computer is windows 11. Very satisfied and the price was good for a high quality computer.

Sleek desktop and not a bad processor for web surfing. Basic SSD, boots fairly quick. Used for business not gaming or heavy workloads. Intel seems to have swapped the bargain bin from AMD and dont really need fast CPU for anything.

Great power and specs on the machine, the only downfall if you have issues you have to talk to HP and call in and takes awhile and have to ship it in to their center in texas to get repaired. Otherwise great speed and power
