A: Hi Matthew, thank you for the question. Yes, the case can be opened to make upgrades as you see fit. There is a PCIe x16 slot if you choose to add a discrete graphics card.
A: Yes, this Envy Desktop does have an ethernet port and can support up to 2 monitors.
A: Not enough info. The unit does have audio and mic hook ups. What end does you monitor use for the video? If it is USB and you have it hooked up in an USB port but it still doesn’t not function, then it may be a driver issue. If it is older and utilizes seriel or parallel hook up you would have to find an adapter. Good luck
