Not enough info. The unit does have audio and mic hook ups. What end does you monitor use for the video? If it is USB and you have it hooked up in an USB port but it still doesn’t not function, then it may be a driver issue. If it is older and utilizes seriel or parallel hook up you would have to find an adapter. Good luck

If you need help you can contact HP Support, Geek Squad, or the support for the manufacturer of the monitor and see if they can troubleshoot getting the devices connected.
