This is more of a review of Best Buy's customer service. I'll quickly review the iMac. Apple quality is always top notch and here is no different. This was replacing a 2009 iMac that finally seen it's last day. The amount of RAM could be more but it surpasses my 15 year old machine and would highly recommend this machine. Especially for the price it was on sale for. NOW FOR BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE...I ordered this on a Wednesday. They had 2 options, delivery on Thursday or Friday. I chose Thursday. Thursday comes...no delivery. Friday comes...no delivery. I contact Best Buy Friday evening and they assured me it would be shipping out that night and arrive the next morning. Saturday comes...no delivery! I contact them again and they said they would contact me in 24 hours. Guess what? Sunday comes and no contact! I call on Monday and they tell me they will contact me in 3 hours. Surprise...no call! I call later in the night and the level of excuses went to a new level including blaming the eclipse that happened earlier that day! I had enough! I told them to refund my money and I'll pick it up at a store somewhat close to me. They said they couldn't do that. I asked them to contact the store locally and change my order to pickup...nope! The only thing they kept saying is that they would let me know by the 18th if it can be shipped even thought the money was already taken out. If not then I would be refunded my money 7 to 10 business days after. I said that would be close to 3 weeks of Best Buy taking over $1000 out of my account. So then to not delay the return of my money any longer I told them to cancel my order immediately to which they responded they could not until my item was shipped which is what I have been asking them to do all this time! I asked multiple times and they would never let me speak with a Supervisor saying they would only tell me the same thing. I was going to contact my bank the next day to see what they could do and finally I get the update that the item was finally picked up for shipping. No contact from anyone at Best Buy, just a notification from UPS. With the dates that were promised I was to be home as you need to sign for an item like this but as they shipped it out so late it was to arrive on a day I was at work so I had to pay UPS to accept delivery. When I arrive to pick this up, the person at UPS was surprised it did ship as all Best Buy did was stick a label on the iMac box. No outer box, packing materials...nothing. He explained that normally the driver wouldn't or shouldn't have taken it because of possible damage in transit. Am I glad I got a good deal on this iMac, yes but I can honestly say without any doubt that this will be my final "bigger" purchase online with Best Buy. I found out later that the same deal was on Woot and actually $50 cheaper! With the horrible outsourced customer service, lies and excuses...I can see a lot of customers looking elsewhere for their needs.

This computer sucks. Stick to Intel chip. Won’t work with google drive. Won’t restart in recovery mode. Some support don’t know What to do. I don’t want to keep writing 50 words. This is a plan in the backside

This store took my money and have no computers in stock. They said it would be shipped and I would get it July,6,2021 Than all the sudden it got returned to sender. I went to store and they are keeping my money for 7-14 business days. This is unacceptable and I would never ever again recommend this store to anyone. They take people money and make promises and hold there money for 14 days. I have no way to work now since I can not get a refund and no computer. You should be ashamed how you treat customers.

I purchased on May 17 and Still not working. Can’t do anything on it. No internet, can’t find photos. Hate the photo editing features, not as good as my 12-year-old Mac. Lost so much going to this new Mac. At this moment I'm a very unhappy customer.

Got 2 of these and returned both. While using they would shut down and reboot. Took both back and got a Mack book Pro, and have ordered a stand alone monitor 24 inch. That way I can transport back and forth to our second home and not spend money for two iMacs.

I bought one iMac. Its defective, I only had for three days. I exchanged it and same thing. Broke down after a week in my possession . So I returned it and I will stick with my iMac from 2010.

The computer is great. The delivery by FedEx sucked. The driver lied about being to the building. I had an signature exemption taped to the door. He never came to this building even once. After my call to FedEx to complain he missed a fourth time and I had to chase the truck down Broadway to get my package. Get a new delivery service. I will not buy again from Best Buy because of this.

This was a Father’s Day gift to replace an older IMac which turned out to be a big disappointment.When trying to do the migration from the older Mac it went into a recovery/restore mode and after 3 hour between trying to set it up and then on the phone with Apple support they said we needed to bring it back.We didn’t buy the cheapest model and felt this shouldn’t happened with a $2000 product so returned it for full credit.Our only plus was buying from our local Best Buy and not having to deal with online retailers or shipping .Would not recommend.
