I upgraded from an older iMac and I was really excited as this is beautiful and fast. I clearly missed the fact that the only models that have larger memories and /or allow memory expansion are the ones bought directly from Apple. The Best Buy bundle was nice but not worth the trade-off for only 8GB. I returned this one and repurchased directly from Apple.

I wished I had read more about this one. You have to have adapters to use flash drives. There’s no where to plug them in and there’s no place for a wired keyboard and mouse. All adapters that have to be purchased separately. Just started using the computer finally after finding all of that out.

I have been on the phone with apple support for more than 4 hours in the past few days. Big Sur has glitches that cause this Mac to import my photos from my iPhone over and over creating endless copies of my photos consuming all of my hard drive space.

Gave me problems ro set up but Customer Service was quickly to handle it, and I was able to exchange and have a new one

I didn’t get the computer. I had to return the first one because of problems. I didn’t get the second one because they gave me a date then at the end of the last day notified me it would take more days

Great product for everyday use. Really like the touch feature.
