Disappointed with the unit. Microwave not heating well or evenly. The convect bake feature with the cook time is so annoying. I can't leave the oven on for baking cookies without starting the oven back up again. Sabbath mode you can use but only in bake mode. Just lacking user friendliness, very disappointed.

Delivery of item was rescheduled multiple times and took multiple visits to the store. Customer service was completely unhelpful and didn’t have good information regarding status. Product arrived in good condition and in working order.

1 month review. Thus far happy with the Kitchenaid 30" built in electric convection double wall and combination microwave. I would give it 5 stars but item was listed as open box excellent which was supposed to be near perfect and missing no items. When in fact it was missing the lower vent cover and was more in the fair condition category. So my review would be 5 for the unit 1 for best buy and their false description. When I called best buy they said go to the store and the there was no way to call store (which was over an hour away).

Stove and microwave still working unlike previous unit. The installers were very bad. They dragged the unit across the floor. Did not know what they were doing. Did not let us take rack from old unit even though it was being scrapped. VERY UNHAPPY about the whole experience.

The product has been delivered and installed to my home twice and both times the oven door was defective that would not close properly. I would like to give this product a better review because it looks nice and has been recommended to me.

Disappointed with the lack of standard features on this new model.

I got this oven because it was the only one that would fit in my kitchen. So far, I am not a big fan. Both the pre-heating and the baking take a very long time.
