I like most everything except this issue of having to unplug wires in the front to slide the panel to the right just to insert a DVD or CD. Then you have to unplug again to remove it. Not a great design for my needs. Other than that, everything else seems great.

Box is a small tower with modern metallic look. You do not need to hide it deep behind the table. Simple and straightforward installation and it runs perfectly after that. Embedded graphics card easily services 4K monitor. There are 2 obvious low cost opportunity to make this box even further to prolong the life of this product for many years: 1. Memory can be increased from current 8G up to 32G. Increase to 16G would be under $100 2. M.2 Optane module can be added to increase the speed of execution. It will cost between $50 and $100 More complex future upgrade might be done by adding graphics card, which would need to be small to fit in a small tower box of this desktop

I use this at home. It is fast. Have had about 4 years with no trouble at all. Could use another rear usb port because everything connects that way now

It was simple...buy the computer, take it home, plug in and follow directions. I was taking a microsoft course using a mac and it was not going well so just went for this on a whim. I am very pleased as it is letting me accomplish all that I need to do for my classes. The mac is still faster but this feels familiar and was affordable. I am liking having a desktop again after multiple laptops.

Overall this is a pretty decent machine. It comes with the usual Lenovo bloatware, but that's easily removed. However, one feature convinces me that no Lenovo engineer ever actually used this machine: the sliding front panel. The front panel slides to the left - exposing the power button, USB ports, and media card reader - or to the right, exposing the DVD drive. Anybody notice a problem here? Not the designers, apparently. I haven't actually needed to use a DVD drive in quite a while - my laptop doesn't even have one - but if I did need it, I'd be irritated that I had to unplug everything from the front to use it. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Excellent computer but I wish SDS was available. Easy to set up. Although annoying to have Microsoft frequently ttybyo get you to use MS as your default browser and not Google

Good desktop fast and easy to navigate through, but just a bit noisey for me, fans runs every 10 seconds and to loud, optiout and went with different brand better rated.

Works for what I needed it for. Enough storage 1 TB hard drive. Wish part was SS drive. I5, 8gig ram .no dvd player tho. Miss that. Will have to biy an external drive. Best Buy Gerk squad was great

To my surprise the screen was set up the same way windows 7 was. I like more control and say about my computer and this one gave it to me. I have one that is windows 7 and I loved it too, until something kept blocking me from too many sites. This runs like a charm so far. It took longer for the store clerk to find it in stock then it did for me to set this up and load my fav programs in it. I nixed the virus protection and windows temp programs. Only problem I have is I did not get full rewards points for it after spending over 500 dollars on it.

This desktop was purchased to replace a close to 8 year old HP for my wife's study. She can not be happier with it the 8GB of RAM and the i5 make this truly over kill for her web surfing and excel spreadsheet usage.

Compact frame, good CPU but front panel is just odd. Why does it have a DVD drive IDK. Plus the front panel slides back and forth so if you ejected a DVD it could get caught in the door. MB supports a M.2 drive and its a must for boot times. Literally everything about this computer is not bad besides the case & booting off a spinning disk in 2022.

works great. the front panel moves, and i didnt find any instructions on that, so when i tried to find the power button, i broke the front panel. it was cosmetic, so it did not effect performance, but it would be nice to have known that it was a push-n-slide panel.

I love this desktop tower! It works great for everyday use. My son can still use it to play games too

The only thing I have a problem with is the front panel, you have to slide it to use the DVD drive and the plugs on the right are in the way if you use them for the keyboard or mouse. Other wise I'm very happy with the computer. It is very fast after I added 32 gigs of ram.

Nice computer, love the sliding door. Runs all my apps and space for all my photos. DVD writes fast.

I've only had the PC one month, but so far no real issues with it. It occasionally "hangs" a bit more/longer than I would expect, since I've only had it a month, but usually that has only happened when computer has been on for several days straight and many web browser tabs are open. Nice amount of features for the price.

Works fine then I realized it had no DVD player. So I ordered one. Then I realized the front vertical panel can be moved to the right. Surprise, it exposes the DVD player. I canceled the order. Had the Geek Squad help set it up. I used Real Player for DVD play on my old computer and such would not function presently on this desktop. Geek guy did a great job in downloading another system which works fine.

I purchased an open box computer. Was told it was complete. It was missing the power cord and instructions. I used my old power cord and figured out the sliding panel covering the power button and disc area. Please make sure all components are there before stating the item is complete.

It's a sleek model and is a fast processor. Easy to install.
