Dear Caesar,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our Legion Glasses 2. We understand your expectations and apologize if our product did not meet them.
Regarding the 3D functionality, we want to clarify that Legion Glasses 2 do support 3D mode. However, it requires proper setup to work effectively. To enable 3D mode, you need to connect your XR glasses to a compatible device, press and hold the Mode button to switch to 3D mode, and ensure that the content you're viewing is in a compatible format (e.g., Full SBS 3D)
For a step-by-step guide on setting up 3D mode, we recommend watching this tutorial video: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/options/how_to_watch_youtube_side_by_side_video.mp4
We also appreciate your feedback on the price and features. We strive to provide innovative technology at competitive prices, and we will consider your comments for future improvements.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with setup, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Lenovo
