We are glad to hear that you are having fun with the Star Wars : Jedi Challenges. You only have to set up the Star Wars Jedi Challenges the first time you use it. It is important that you let the "app" that is included help guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the system will be synced correctly and easier to set up.

Bought for 7 and 11 yr old when this went on sale for $99. They have fun with it. Works well (better in dark rooms). Headset is a little cumbersome for smaller kids though. Not many options for games so they may tire of it quickly. Nobody wants to play a long game of VR chess, only battle. I don’t think the VR headset can be used for outside games either. If you want to have a VR light saber battle and like Star Wars than it’s a good time (at this price) don’t feel it’s worth it a the full price($199+). Would be nice if you could use 2 player without buying a complete second set.

Very cool concept, my kids 4 and 10 love it and it’s very easy to set up. Space is required and it Creates a hologram type of character wherever it’s used at.

The overall gameplay is pretty good. You can see the characters in your room. But the problem I have with the system is that after you put the phone into the headset, the headset become extremely front heavy and it easily slides off your head. Especially for kids it slipped off constantly. Even for me I found I had to keep tilting my head back. Then when you face someone you need to look back down again. So my head just kept bobbing like a bobble head

Thank you for your feedback. You may want to try re-adjusting the headset. The best way to adjust the Star Wars Jedi Challenges headset is to: place the unit on your head and then adjust the two side straps first. Then adjust the top strap until the headset is at a good height and feels comfortable to you.

Overall the graphics are good ans as expected. It can be a bit to big for little kids but great for the older ones, it will drain your battery quickly though

So much fun. The VR headset is a bit heavy but sill lots of fun. Much better than expected. We went out and bought another so we can play together

Was pleasantly surprised how great the 3D feature was. Ease of use, plug and play after downloading the app. A little heavy on the neck muscles for extended periods of time. I have an 8+ so part of the problem. Lol

Super interactive and fun to use...VR is always fun, but this one takes the cake

This has to be one of the coolest things to come around in a long time. I have been a Star Wars fan since I say A New Hope in theaters in 1977. My three kids also loved the series. The only issue we have had was who’s turn is next to play?!? Great game!

My 15 yr old wasn't sure that this looked too fun, but once he got it working he couldn't believe how great it was! All of us played with it and you can lose your balance the VR is so intense! It was fun to be able to see what the person playing was seeing on the front of the visor. The kids took videos of them playing and put it on social media and their friends were so jealous! It was the HIT of Christmas day for sure! And let me tell you how hard it is to make a teenager go "WOW"!! It might have been a gimmicky plaything, but it is fun! You move around a lot because the VR is so immersive. My parents even played it and thought it was great! So there you have it - it was a hit from ages 15-84 at our house. Better than socks and clothes for Christmas for sure! Thanks for the fun!

It's no Oculus vr, but okay at the most. I would say the big issue is the weight... too heavy to use for long periods of time. I would say use your buddies and buy an oculus or Vive!
