Great sounding headset. Base needs improvement. I dont know how many times i though i set it on the base right only to find out it wasnt charging and i had a dead headset. my biggest complaint with this. also the lift mic to mute seems to startr giving me issues. the mic started to get stiff and i was worried about breaking it so i just toggled mute on my PC. I switched from a corsair virtuoso thinking this was an upgrade and i eventually regretted the purchase. went back to corsair. Will not but another astro headset again.

Works decently for sound. Issues I am having are 1. Not good for noise canceling in the background 2. range from the charging station impacts sound and 3. I have had it less then a year and it is no longer working. And Logitech support is extremely unhelpful.

Worst headphones i have owned till date. Don't get me wrong they sound absolutely fantastic but I had to RMA within 2 months of ownership due to connectivity issues. The headset stopped connecting with base station and i tried every possible solution. Logitech replaced it with new one but now i fear opening the new box.

Docking station is mehh. setting the headphones on it sometimes it doesn't charge unless you move it around. Which really sucks when you go to use them and have a dead headset. Other than that they are great

Mic mute stopped working 3 months into using. The headset was working great for the first few months of use, but after the 3rd month I’ve had issue with this headset. For a headset this highly priced I’d expect more, very disappointing.

Logitech has ruined the Astro name. Simple as that. It’s not completely terrible if you’re used to basic sounding headsets but I have tried all Astro headsets before they were acquired by Logitech and they were awesome. Now it’s just basic and flat. Just a money grab

I did like the sound but honestly the headphones fall off all the time because the head band is too loose and doesnt hold it hard enough and I have a big head.

My current headset is the older version of this and if I could buy a new exact copy of that one, I would. This headset is not easy to set up. The astro command center needed to get the headset working, is garbage. Outdated and cheaply made. The program wouldnt even recognize the headset no matter all the different troubleshooting steps I tried. There are tons of reviews online with the same issues. I wouldnt recommend this headset to anyone which is very disappointing because I have used Astro A40's and A50's for almost a decade.

Overall it feels like the exact same headset as the prior version. However, they removed extremely useful features for anyone with a 2 pc setup. With this you have to go setup voicemeeter, you remove the use of a good mixer, and overall they made this an expensive headset for the casual gamer, but usually the casual gamer doesn’t go for this pricey of a headset. I’d highly recommend sticking with your prior gen a50s or 40s before going to these new ones.

Hated this headset. Sound quality was lacking and the volume was way too low even on the highest setting. Maybe I just got a dud, but immediately returned. The headset feels sturdy, but it’s heavy and I felt like it was squeezing my head from the sides. The earcups also felt a little small, but they were well cushioned.

Not at all as good as the old astro a50s Logitech slammed there name all over them and thay dont sound as good .
