First off, anytime you try to adjust the camera the whole thing just pulls right off of the monitor. To solve this problem, they have you use a sticky pad to attach it to the back of your monitor. Ok, so you go ahead and muck up the back of your monitor with their sticky pad. You go to adjust the camera again but now the camera itself just pulls right off of the mount. Why? because its only held onto the mount with a magnet. This camera is unusable due to its absolutely horrible design. Should be 20 bucks.

DO NOT BUY if you use an M series Macbook. Do a google search for mac issues with this device. Unfortunately im outside of my return window, otherwise I would return it.

Bought this for to use with my new external display. Unfortunately, didn't work out of the gate and only shows my a black screen even though my computer and the native LogiTune app say it is connected. Returning for a logistream.

Needing a replacement for a previous phone to use on Zoom, I bought the Logitech Brio 500. It cost me more than double the other available cameras. In actual use, I found it very unsatisfactory as it shows me on Zoom as a very fuzzy character. This is not what I expected.

I will be returning this because the picture flickers when used with my Mac Air, even after making the suggested adjustments. The software is also difficult to use and I'm having trouble removing it from computer.

Don’t like that it has a sticky pad and it doesn’t screw into a tri pod. After awhile it doesn’t stick keeps falling over.

It's surely not what we expect to deliver. Verify that the network or video conferencing service is not the cause of the video quality issues. You can test by using a video application such as the Windows 10 Camera Application and check the video quality locally. Also, make sure that the video is streaming through your BRIO 500 camera and not another camera such as your laptop camera or another attached camera.
