I bought a couple of these when I originally got into PC gaming. At the time, I dind't want to spend a lot on a controller I wasn't sure would work with my PC. They went back a few days later. Here's why: I have two main gripes. The first is that the triggers are very heavy, requiring a lot of force to press, so after a trigger heavy game session, my fingers would cramp up. The second is that the d-pad is very mushy and imprecise. I love 2d metroidvania games like Dust: An Elysian Tail, and games like that are best with a precise, tight d-pad. Those two issues are what convinced me to return the controllers for something better. It does have a few things going for it though. The face buttons work fine, the analog sticks feel good to use, and it has a comfortable shape. It also has a switch on the back allowing it to be used in xinput (more common) or dinput (legacy) modes. But the triggers and d-pad are dealbreakers for me.

I like the gamepad overall, except for the triggers. Pros: I like that I can set the controller to DirectX or XInput mode. That makes it compatible with older games that don't understand an XBox joystick. (Curse Microsoft for not making the triggers independent on PC.) Cons: the triggers are WAY too stiff and uncomfortable to use with racing games. I will not buy another one of these.

It’s cheap and does the job but barely, this controller has horrible lag and doesn’t play well. Don’t get this unless it’s all you can afford.

This is the second F310 I've purchased. I like the hand feel, and the controller configuration that is more similar to a playstation controller than an xbox controller, specfically the position of the analog sticks. Unfortunately, just like the first, buttons started to stick and become useless after a rather short time of usage. Not worth the added convenience of the better layout, the quality just isn't there.

I know its cheap but it feels really cheap too. I bought this to use in my Tesla. Its not very comfortable to use and feels awkward. Button presses don't feel great either. It works but I'll probably look for something better.

Thank you for the feedback! This is not the experience we want you to have. We'll surely make sure to share it with the right team. Thanks for bringing it to our notice.
Had to go through different drivers installs to get the right one. Definitely not plug and play. The quality of buttons aren't that good. Feels cheap when using it.

I didn't like the feel of this specific controller. I own a lot of logitech devices; however, the feel of this controller is cheap plastic and the buttons are hard to push. If you want something cheap to do the job, I don't see how this would be a bad product but I like the soft feel on my hands and a nice click when I push my buttons of which this controller did not provide.

The controller works but the buttons are all very sticky and the ergonomics are terrible. If you just need something that is quick and cheap it will work in a pinch but I returned it to buy the microsoft controller which is just so much better

This controller has great ergonomics and buttons but does not function very well with the Logitech software provided. After setting up the software to be used with Minecraft and Terraria it would forget settings and I would have to go back in and resave them for some reason. The setup also takes forever and the instructions are lacking. I resorted to watching a YouTube video to learn how to do it. Logitech should have loadable preset profiles for today's popular games so that the end user could just download it and then apply it to the software and customize from there. After the controller became frusterating to use for my 6 year old son, I just put it in a drawer. Maybe, if I have a few hours to kill, I'll get it out and try to get it working correctly.

The joysticks lack responsiveness and so do the triggers. Identical layout to Xbox buttons but missing a good feel. Spend the extra 5 get a wired Xbox controller.

It's ok but I found it a bit to pricy. Sometimes if you press a button a bit hard they get stuck. The control pad feels cheap and sometimes also gets stuck if press a bit hard.

I haven't used this a ton so that may be why the buttons are sticky. However it works OK, it allowed me to play some games on my raspberry PI.

If you don't have much of a gaming budget and you're looking for a quick fix, then you can totally use this controller. Pretty easy to install, but there seems to be a bit of lag time between when you push buttons and when the actions actually happen. Could just be our comp or that particular controller, but can't guarantee either as we tried a different controller and it lag time was almost nonexistent.

Although the control pad is functional it is not recognized by the Logitech Software. This severely limits its usefulness. It did work but without the software any remapping has to be done ingame. The dead-zone on the sticks was also quite large. I returned it within 3 days for a refund and would not recommend it to others.

I asked very specifically if there would be any additional software required. I already had an afterglow PS4 controller that partially worked with windows 10. I was told by the representative that it would be 100% compatible. It isn't... Not even close. In addition the buttons are extremely stiff.

If you hit the wrong button on the controller, it switches modes so you have to use a completely different control layout and some buttons won't work. If I were to use this on ps1 emulators, it would be fine, but on anything with in-depth, intuitive controls and it's just frustrating.

I purchased this controller for FPS games primarily, only to be disappointed by the layout not being easily mapped to work with many games. The trigger are at a fairly cumbersome angle to the rest of the controller, does not make gameplay comfortable or easy.

I used to do PS, started WOW on CPU. I thought this would give me easy like same functions,it did not. I may try to go deeper into the controller to see if will work on the new Borderlands, did the first 2 on PS. Have not tried it yet.
