I know this is a cheaper low-end mouse, but it didn't measure up for me. The thumb-grip area was plastic, not rubber, so it can slip out of your fingers. That fact was made worse by the fact it was a large mouse. the clickers are too loud... really a problem if you are recording a video or presentation.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback on the Logitech M190. We apologize that the clickers are loud, the grip isn't comfortable due to the size and material, and it doesn't meet your needs for video recording. We understand how frustrating that can be. We appreciate all the insights that you have shared.

Worked awesome, until this week! I put in a new battery thinking the glitching, disappearing cursor or not moving was due to low battery, but it has completely stopped working now. Good price if you need one fast for a short time.

I purchased this last July and the mouse is malfunctioning - considering that this is a relatively simple device, I'm disappointed in the life of the product. The issue seems to be the wireless connection - but i'm not too sure.

I bought this for my office and some of them doesn't work out of the box and some will stop working. But i do have some that are still working... but I will not recommend this product to anyone.

Buttons do not make solid click noise so difficult to be sure the response was received. Not comfortable for large hands.

The M185 is a mouse that is on the smaller side, so I can confirm it is not for the largest of hands. Something that would work better would be the M510 mouse or the MX Master 3.

Drop $5 or $10 more and get something more quality. This feels very cheap, and is very loud on the click. Definitely not good for an office.

This was part of a computer package that I bought . I t worked fine but the USB port broke in less than 2 years. Probably would not buy separately.

I'm somewhat above average size dude with maybe slightly average size hands. Logitech makes great stuff, but this mouse was just too small to use comfortably, plus I found that the buttons clicked too easily (I always seemed to be clicking when I didnt want to). Might be perfectly fine for people with smaller hands, but I ended up getting a different wireless mouse to use with my laptop.

Mouse quality is great but was expensive. Not worth money.

A pain in the neck turning on and off with no light. Switch is hard to move back and forth and you can't see the lettering. Difficult to reach into even with a fingernail.

Hi MsMissy, So sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having with turning the M185 on and off. There is an auto-sleep mode on the mouse that allows for you to not worry about switching it all of the time. Since the M185 is an Optical sensor mouse, there's no light like a laser mouse to show that it's on. If you download the Options software, you'll be able to see if you're mouse is turned on and get a battery status. Here's a link for the download https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024840533--Downloads-Wireless-Mouse-M185. Hope that this was helpful and that you're doing well. - Richard from Logitech

Recently purchased this mouse and it stopped working after a few months. It was great while it worked, but I expect my products to have a longer life.
