Turn up the music with this black MB Quart 6.5" Q Series two-way component speaker system. The butyl rubber surrounds deliver powerful bass, and the 1" titanium dome tweeters in a cast aluminum housing provide high frequencies for an immersive listening experience. This MB Quart Q Series component car speaker system features an external audiophile Q Control crossover network to guide the frequencies from the amplifier to each driver.
Made to dissipate heat for peak performance. Stamped in a nine-step progressive die for a consistent shape. The phase lens is specifically designed for off-axis performance.
Mica-filled poly blend ensures strength, outstanding frequency reproduction, and durability. This means that mid-bass frequencies remain very musical without the distortions that can be caused by the cone flexing.
The geometry is specifically engineered to optimize mid-bass response and off-axis performance.
Enables smooth and durable performance. Flexible piston action UV-protected rubber remains impervious to extreme temperature swings, from very warm to very cold.
The former is lighter and stronger than aluminum, which allows the component to support slightly higher frequency extension and efficiency.
Stabilizes the cone and voice coil in all musical situations.
The system uses Balanced Temperature Technology throughout every component. The cast aluminum radial sink speaker frame, crossover plate, and tweeter frame remove excess heat for predictable long-term performance.
Guides the frequencies from the amplifier to each driver (speaker). This system is designed with tight-tolerance components with low-loss polypropylene film caps and air-wound coils for remarkable sound quality.
Reduce phase shift for better staging and imaging.
Hardware for multiple tweeter mounting solutions is included.
Designed to be lightweight and extremely rigid. The low-profile form can be easily installed in most factory locations with little or no modification.
Strong magnet focuses all the energy around the voice coil.
For consistent curvilinear cone performance. Connection types include solder, screw-down, spade, or fork terminal.
Flush-mount ring bracket and holes accommodate OEM and custom installations for the midrange. Available mounting options for the tweeter are flush, flushed angle, and surface mounting. Four holes in the base of the crossover allow for mounting on any flat surface.
Offer 3.5mm connectors with adapters for both USB Type-C and Lightning devices.
