For the price I paid for this, my satisfaction is wayyy too low. I've had it for almost a year, and from when I first purchased it, it just gets worse and worse. Yes, on the rare occasion that it works semi-correctly, it has become my new favourite platforms to game on. However, I really mean **rare occasion. I've completely given up on ever using the Air-Link because it quite literally runs 1-2 frames every few seconds because of how laggy it is- and that was after hours of trying to find out why (with little to no helpful resources online), and so I bought an overpriced cable online to just use that from now on. For the record- the computer I use is certainly not the problem. I've screen casted while using the headset, and it looks completely fine on my monitor, but in the actual headset. the graphics are impossible to decipher whatsoever. The cable worked fine for a while, but now whenever I want to access any of my PC games on my headset (most of which are through Steam, which should be easy enough to use anyway), I'm met with a dead black screen. Extremely disappointing considering how much money I spent to play these PC games-- and now can't even use them because I'm not spending another 400-500 dollars to get another one of these pieces of junk. Audio is extremely buggy a lot of the time and the battery life is absolutely dreadful. It's constantly draining even when I have it plugged into my PC. I have tried everything from asking the community to contacting support on why this headset never wants to function decently, but with little to no guidance or help, and all I have left is to question the place I bought it from- Best Buy.

I was very excited to get this. Out of the box it is uncomfortable to have on for more than 20 minutes. I understand that the elite headstrap makes it better, but after spending $450 on this I'm not spending another $80. The graphics are fine and the shooters are kinda cool, but as i said i could only play for 20-30 minutes before my face got sore. I found myself just wanting to play my xbox instead. I returned it for a refund.

i bought this used like 3 times then it sat for several months went to use it again and it wouldnt charge so i sent it back to meta and they sent me a refurbished one back so i buy a brand new one use it 3 times and get one that was refurbished back how does that work ? i feel i should of been sent a new one back

The battery life drains too fast. I bought this because they didn’t have the cheaper model I was trying to return in stock. So you can imagine my disappointment now that the battery life is around 1hr play time after 12hrs of charging. It’s only been a year

I was really hyped to get this but once I started playing I got extremely sick…. It was real bad….2 days I was down for… but as of realness it was amazing just don’t agree with me at all..

Uncomfortable on your head. The battery doesn’t last that much. It is very blurry and you can’t even use Facebook on it. It didn’t meet my expectations.

Not a bad experience, but the device that I received started to have lots of static on the screen when the battery was low

When the oculus works, it is a lot of fun! The kids love it! However, this is our second headset because it keeps dying. It never comes back despite following everything in the support section. Despite you tube advice and advice on google. Support is non existent. Emails do not get answered. My child is extremely upset! Two stars for the concept and when it works it is fun. Headset one worked for 10 min. Headset two worked for one month.

This game console needs more content included with it to get your appetite going for it The associate claimed it came with 8 games The box behind the glass had pictures of those games on it .., we bought it on his poor information… We also returned it because of it To start you off with such below basic stuff on an advanced piece of equipment is no good

Its visual clarity is top notch accept for what seems like glare from the oculus lcd to the oculus lense. And while its a little more comfortable than the quest 1 its still not comfortable. Spending another $50 on the alternate headband helps a lot. But the real deal breaker is that it absolutely requires a Facebook account and there is no way around it. Its going back mainly because of that requirement.

If you are only looking for something for the most basic gaming/VR experience this does the trick. However,bad policy regarding how much owners can do is is hurting it. Needing a Meta account is terrible business when the Meta name is already trash to most.

Our kids got headaches and upset stomachs from playing games on the VR headset. We ended up returning - although it is a neat game it wasn’t worth the investment due to the headaches and stomach issues.

Kept heating up and felt uncomfortable on face after a while of usage. Get the quest 3.

This headset is great but the strap provided is virtually worthless. My son says the unit flops all over his head making it not fun at all. We have ordered the upgraded band, but it's out of stock for another month, so my son's Christmas present is sitting unused. It seems ridiculous that such an expensive product doesn't come with a functional essential part (especially after also spending an extra $80 for a cord to hook up his PC, and another $100 to increase storage because there's no slot for a memory card). By the time we've upgraded everything, we may as well have purchased the much better HTC.

Had to return item it kept glitching out on me I returned the item to the store and still waiting for the credit to my account 2 weeks later I like the game as long as it worked

Gaming is ok on here but prolong usage gives me a headache. Good for watching adult content though.

If you have and want a facebook account then its a 10 outa 5. But if you dont like me and just wanted to do the vr and not be forced into having a facebook account then i dont recommend. They can ban you for having a fake account as well and you will loose all the money you spent on games and brick your headset. Everything is awesome other than the facebook forcing you to have a account. The games that i have bought are great and so much fun fruit ninja and beat saber and hrs of fun.

The unit is too fragile and Breaks down too easy. It has been replaced twice.

Battery life lasts between 45-60 minutes depending on usages. Charging the unit takes about 1.5 - 2 hours to fully charge. There are very limited free games & all games are normally pricy, some offer rebates. As per viewing/streaming movies, it is okay. The display or viewing was suppose to be at 4K but I still see pixels in process to develope. Overall product cost was about 600 with the Insurance protection, I should have rather invested this cost in something else.
