It's a standard quest 3S, The old black design looks slick and sophisticated. I appreciated the extra controller. It does come with elite strap in black which is very comfortable and appreciated in this bundle. It also comes with a 3-month code of Xbox live (or whatever they call it now) which kiss you access to a ton for Xbox and PC games for free. Because this is nothing but a riskin with a few extra features I can't really recommend it over the standard quest 3 however if you're looking for a limited edition quest this should be on your list. It is practically and better looking headset than my higher end quest 3 in all white. I'm giving it three stars out of five simply because it doesn't offer anything new but it is rather a new reimagined quest 3S bundle.

You're right, the core hardware is the same as the standard Quest 3S. The Limited Edition bundle wasn't designed to offer an enhanced performance, but to provide an aesthetic upgrade and an unique package for both proficient Xbox/VR fans and beginners. The sleek black design with green accents are very nice on the eyes, but we may be biased...
For a small price increase, the bundle offers valuable accessories and subscriptions that would cost notably more if bought individually.

Honestly was super excited for this to come out and give it a try.. however after realizing it isn’t Xbox and just “gamepass”. I was bummed about Xbox but still hyped about steam only to find out I need a better PC… to streamlink.. at this point they need to tell you what you need before advertising it’ll just work effortlessly.. they make it seem like you can pick up and play steam, well you can’t at all.. bottom line you just need to get a PC to run steam so no point in VR. Might as well get the 100-200$ version and save money but still get to use Xbox game pass and all that.. this is simply a “Xbox” overpriced edition of meta quests. Save your money get a handheld instead of VR.

Kid loves the Quest 3S Xbox. However, 3 Months Ultimate Game pass was part of the purchase bundle. Couldn't get it to work. Called Meta...go away. Called Xbox...go away. Called Bestbuy. Some song and dance about Bestbuy ran out of codes so tough luck...go away. Never did receive an email with a code. Bestbuy did not fullfill the advertised product delivery and is unwilling to make it right. Very strange to just crap on a customer like that.

We're glad to hear that you've had fun with the Meta Quest 3S so far! We realise, however, that it can be very tiring on the eyes if you're not used to it, so we'd like to offer some advice!
To minimize motion sickness in VR, try starting off by playing in short bursts, and make sure to take frequent breaks.
Furthermore, please ensure the headset is properly fitted with adjusted lenses, and try optimising your physical environment, such as ensuring good ventilation and a comfortable temperature, can help.

We understand that you are having issues with pairing the Xbox app to the controller. If your controller isn't working with the Xbox app even after re-pairing, the issue likely stems from the controller itself, not the app. Therefore, please follow the below steps:
* Check Battery/Power:
Even if the controller appears to have power, try replacing the batteries with new ones or ensuring a rechargeable controller is fully charged. Low battery levels can cause connection and functionality issues.
* Check for Software Updates: Ensure both the headset and controller software are up to date, as outdated software can cause issues.
* Remove Unsupported Accessories: If you're using any third-party accessories, remove them to rule out potential interference.
* Restart the Headset: A simple restart of the headset can sometimes resolve minor glitches.
