Purchased this scale/body composition monitor to replace an older unit I'd been using for years. The Omron product is easy to set up and use. Multiple readings are helpful to track your progress. Also, readings are consistent vs the often varying readings I would get on my older body comp tester. Great product, great buy!

It provides consistent readings of weight, fat/muscle percentages, BMI, and visceral fat. Additionally, it maintains a history of readings so you can track your progress. I got this one to help me keep track of my diet plan, and it works very well. I've lost 10 lbs already and increase a lot of muscle mass since I can tell by using this scale

This thing works well and provides consistent measurements. I love the fact that I can track the body fat % which I feel is a better diagnostic for body composition than BMI. Pay careful attention to the manual and you will get the hang of properly using this device. Its easy and simple to use once you follow the manual.

Product is as described. Read the manual to understand all the different options and various ways it calculates results. I do not know how accurate the results are compared to more expensive medical tests. But for home use it seems fine and it will give you a baseline to work off of. Which you can use to tell if you are gaining muscle or fat.

Really like this scale because of all the features. I love that I can see how much my fat percentage has gone down, my muscle mass has gone up and measurement of visceral fat is great too.

This is a great little scale that can track 4 people. we had one for several years and when it broke they had the same one on a big sale. SCORE! We like the options and it works great!

The scale provides a great number of body statistics beyond just your weight. It appears to provide consistent readings over time not evident with other similar scales that I owned. A good scale for home use. You will not be disappointed

This scale does exactly what it's supposed to do. I bought it for BMI and body age, and it measures both of those consistently.

This scale was absolute in its calculations each time. It didn't vary based on how you stood like my other basic one.

I bought this scale because it can measure not only weight, but also BMI, % of fat, body age etc. This is very useful so I can keep tracking my progress of fitness. Although the numbers are not always consistent, the difference is very small and it does not matter too much for me.

I really like this scale. It appears to be very accurate however you do need to make sure the floor is hard and level as with most scales. My wife and son use it every day and we would buy again.

Love this because it does more than weight. So great if you lift weights too. I need BMI, body fat, lean muscle, and Viseral fat measurement is a plus

This is a good scale. The body composition measurements are good for trend analysis only, as are not as accurate as a medical grade machine.

Seems to be very accurate for your weight the only thing I don't like is it tells me my body ages is 80 and I just turned 50 in May man am I going on a diet now. Lol

Easy to set up and use. Appears to be pretty accurate which is great for home use (and saves from paying for regular body fat checks at our gym).
