My Oakley Meta Glasses suddenly stopped syncing via Bluetooth and no longer connect to the Meta app. They were working perfectly before, but now the glasses won’t pair or function properly even after trying to reset and reconnect them.

I was scammed with fraudulant charges. This is not a purchase I made and my debit card and email were stolen identity theft purchsing this item online and the theif then went to the Store location and was able, without ID to pick up these glasses. Not good!!

I had the Oakley glasses for two months and the speaker stopped working went through customer support to try to get a replacement pair and they kept screwing up the warranty and tried to get me a refund. I didn’t send the box in because I didn’t have the box and all I wanted was a replacement pair that actually worked and as of three weeks I’m still waiting for a replacement pair so glasses are great. Customer service is terrible. It’s so good luck if they break.

Open the package update the glasses the glasses never turned back on very disappointed I also have meda Ray-Ban and I never experience anything like that

Worked fine - for a couple of weeks - until they didn’t. After a few weeks a hardware buy doesn’t allow me to control any of the functions using the swipe anymore. Any attempt resets the glasses. And Oakley customer service in executing the warranty is abysmal. It’s taken weeks to get a return box and shipping label…and I’m still waiting. Buyer beware.

Hello everyone, I want to share my experience. I bought these glasses and they only worked for me for 1 night and then I just couldn't connect to the program. What I didn't do anymore was restore them again, connect to a 2nd device and it wouldn't connect and I just gave them away.

Battery isn’t as good as they say speakers fail, video quality is poor for the price, and if you attend a call and there’s some sort of noise you cant hear your call, the support team is horrendous

Transparent to see black insulated flex wires, too tight for long period of time feel like it squeeze my head, after hours of play music and regular recording seem to produce heat to the touch.

Terrible best but experience. Purchased these using gift cards that I've accumulated from work. I realized the Oakley's don't have the same features so I returned them and they refunded the money to the gift cards that I no longer have!!! I left without the glasses AND my money smh

They gave me a refurbished glasses so I sent them back to meta cause they stop working and didn’t have the plastic on the arm bands when I first got the

I was hoping that Oakley would make smart glasses that actually looked like regular sunglasses. These are definitely not them. They are bulky and weird looking.

Big clunky. If you’re not in the medical universal or don’t have social media, they kind of suck. They OK remember version I would assume it’s just as good. Upload take forever so that that’s also an issue. I returned them.

I think the build quality should be better for the price

I am still without my item and no help from Best Buy on replacement or refund.
