Originally snagged while a listing was up for a short while during quarantine. It was ready a day earlier than assumed and came rather new looking, however I have found it has plenty of HDMI input issues, often losing connection mid-game. Usually I've had to restart both the Oculus software and the headset as a temporary fix numerous times. Software and hardware was easy to manage and work through, installation was pretty straight forward and it's mostly plug and play apart from the issues I'd say, try to get the Rift S. The model support of the current model is likely to be outlived eventually within the next few years. (My PC is vr ready.)

I had a problem setting it up and the cord for it is faulty and works half of the time, but when it works, it works great. The light at the top is orange sometimes when its plugged it and I have to work around with the cord on the headset itself, plus I can't really find a new cord online it seems, but I guess I have to live with it. Overall, it's amazing when it works, but frustrating when it doesn't.

I would say the plunge into VR is worth it for Half-Life: Alyx. The value for the money is there with this being a refurbished model but I would not personally pay hundreds for VR equipment these days. This is probably the best entryway into VR right now for the price.

Love it! It works so well and couldn't be happier with it. The cord can get in the way at times but other than that its awesome!

worked great nice vr but headset wire wears out after about 200 hours of use and oculus will not replace wire not even under warranty do not recomend oculus solution i should buy a newer one

Since it was refurbished, I was expecting to have issues; fortunately, I had 0 issues and it feels like new since I'm quarantine, I use it everyday lol.

Oculus came in near perfect condition, and works great!

No problems after 30 days use. As new quality including the packaging. Recommended

The Oculus Rift CV1 (this one) is better than the Rift S, If you are buying a headset for your child with a good pc. Go for it. (If you dont know what specs your child has, run the setup tool)

I am apsolutly loving beatsabor and with this headset upgraded to 4 sensor external sensors I cant miss.

Bought for a friend when they were out everywhere not what he wanted but it got the job down still holding up today

I found this refurbished Oculus Rift on bestbuy.com and was able to get it for my son for his birthday. I would have loved to get the Oculus Quest but just couldn't bring myself to spend that amount and this was a great deal. My son absolutely loves it.

Had to return the Oculus - Refurbished Rift Virtual Reality Gaming System for Compatible Windows PCs. It never would detect the hdmi.

Absolutely incredible, and for a pretty great price

I purchased this product and been having a hard time downloading the app. Called geek squad after paying and no support.

NFG period. No good out of the box -looked in newish shape. Spent hours trying to resolve issues. Returned.

so it was really fun when i first got the head set, i got beat saber, blade and sorcery, and other games. BUT THEN MY CORD GOT TWISTED. Oculus. i hate Oculus. they don't sell the cords anymore so either i purchase a new one or i buy a cable that is half the price on eBay. they don't even sell the head set at oculus anymore.
