The butyl rubber surround supports the subwoofer during cone excursion resulting in low distortion of the bass notes even when the music is turned up loud. With a mounting depth of only 3-1/4”, this subwoofer will fit in spaces regular subwoofers will not.This subwoofer has a 4Ω impedance useful when bridging amp or for building multi-subwoofer installations.
