It has 4volt preamp outputs which creates a more balanced sound! It has apple car play. Yet I myself am waiting on the android update so I can also you the car play. But I love the bluetooth feature and the navigation options are really neat to! Bestbuy did a price match I found online saved some cash. I give it 5 stars!

This radio is great. The wireless car play is a great feature (I use apple but this has android too). It syncs up with no issues. I like having options so I also installed the GPS which comes with the radio. Not needed with car play, but I like having the internal maps too. I installed a back up camera - iBeam BBBPLTC that also works perfect with this radio. Geek Squad installed with the package and Best Buy did a price match which was a good deal.

LOVE wireless Apple CarPlay! Very awesome unit with great functionality. Fits great into my 2018 4Runner with the SOSCHE dash kit and the Maestro RR interface. Only minor complaint is that I can’t figure out how to toggle through presets with the steering wheel control.

This thing does it all. 13 bar equalizer is fantastic. 3D GPS is CRAZY SMART. POWERFULL NO preamp needed here. Bluetooth is crystal clear on my smart-phone, effortless and fast connections. You have got to buy this.

I have been using Pioneer radios for years now and they are the best when I comes to customizing audio sound. They have loudness at different levels plus bass boost. This radio has gps which comes in handy at times.

My factory radio went out so The Geek Squad installed this Pioneer model for me. Installation was excellent and the radio is all I expected. I will be returning to have a sub woofer installed next as it does need more bass.

Glass is so clear and easy to clean. Love the wireless Apple play. GPS is very quick to redirect to destination as well as around traffic.

This radio eclipses factory installed car stereos on high end vehicles. I got it at an incredible price and am happy I purchased it

I had the Pioneer avh-w4400nex in my car a few weeks ago and my wife loved it so much that she was driving my car more then her car. So I decided to surprise her for her birthday and upgrade the radio in her Toyota Sequoia. As her car is our road trip car that our family spends the most time in, I decided to splurge and get the avic-w8400nex with navigation for her car along with an addition backup camera for front viewing as my wife always complains about the lack of front visibility. First thing I noticed once the install was done was how much better the sound is with the new pioneer over stock. I also like the glass screen on the 8400 over my 4400 as its much smoother to swipe and touch, feels like a iphone screen. I do have two minor complaints, first and mainly, that Best Buy didn't have any of the 8400's in stock and I had to drive over an hour to find a store that had one in stock. They could have ordered it yet I would have had to wait for a few days. I would have gone down to the local car stereo shop down the street as they had it in stock, yet as I had just upgraded my car as well, I wanted to put this on my Best Buy credit card. The second issue is a bit of a non-issue, yet the pioneer was so much power that when you turn up the radio my stock toyota speakers (I think JBL) distort. I'll have to upgrade the speakers (and amp them while i'm at it) to resolve this. I'll have to wait to pay this upgrade off and then look for a deal. Bottom line, I surprised my wife with it on her birthday as we were driving to dinner, at first she didnt notice it, but then when she went to turn on the radio she was shocked! Luckily we were still in the driveway! I didn't think that one through all the way. Needless to say, I she loved it!

Good about a few glitches. Overall good product. Lots of features.
