We do not like the bottom freezer at all and have less space in it than the LG side by side that we had. I also do not like the space for the condiments on the inside doors. It's less space than we had in our side by side. The big thing is the icemaker is still an issue for the Samsung refrigerators. $2600 refrigerator and they still can't seem to figure out how to make the ice dispenser work properly. Apparently, Samsung has a class action lawsuit over their icemakers. This is a new model delivered to us August 28, 2020. The icemaker works very poorly. On the cubed ice, it spits and shreds ice, struggles to dispense. The ice pieces have a weird frost on them. The ice seems to partially thaw and refreeze because they get clumped together and jam up. The small crushed shredding of ice gets stuck in the dispenser and then leaks down into the tray. It's a mess. I do not recommend this refrigerator.

We recently bought a house & moved Cross Country but we unexpectedly realized the fridge that came with the house was not staying cold enough. The sellers apparently forgot to mention the house has a large bat colony, the garbage disposal wasn’t punched out, the dish washer didn’t work, the fridge doesn’t hold a SAFE temp and a few... We immediately ran to Best Buy and ended up doing very little research. The fridge we picked out in Black Stainless was out of stock so one of their workers suggested this Samsung 4 Door Flex Drawer With Ice & Water because it could be delivered quickly. It was in stock but we are definitely NOT happy with it. Where to start? 1. It was delivered with the flex zone & the freezer bars badly scratched and 2 small dents. (SEE PHOTOS) 2. Getting ice is DEFINITELY an issue. First it Does Not make enough. It comes out very VERY slowly & spews small pieces all over. 3. The black Stainless is NOT finger print free. 4. The top & middle shelves do NOT go all the way back so items like a bottle of water or jelly jar, etc, can fall through to the next shelf.. 5. The side shelves are horrible, especially if you pack a lot into your fridge this can definitely be an issue. The shelf flips up for taller items but the space is small. I was expecting to get 5-10 years for this price but after looking over reviews I’m not hopeful.

Product was late coming in twice and there is a dent in the water and ice door . Have to jump through hoops to get any kind of compensation for a dented door.

This is actually a fine refrigerator, deserving of a 5-star rating. Great quality and storage. However, Samsung for some unknown reason decided to omit the connection of the ice / water dispenser light, so I mark it down. If it was dark in the room, it was necessary to turn on the kitchen's light, use my iPhone flashlight, or fill it by ear listening for the sound of a full glass. We contacted Geek Squad. They took a look at it, checked the connections and settings. The technician contacted Samsung support. Support told him at first that it had a dispenser light, but paused, put him on hold to check with his manager regarding a solution. Support guy came back and said this model no longer includes a dispenser light. The light is actually there in the dispenser assembly, but is not being connected. This is a small thing, but it's a big thing when Samsung decides to leave off a basic feature for this level of fridge, which was listed in the model's online specifications. So, we returned this fridge and exchanged it for another maker's model, which has a dispenser light, plus similar, as well as some additional features.

Bought this Samsung Refrigerater along with Double ovens and electric cooktop. First 2 refrigeraters delived were damaged. Love the design of the fridge, ample capacity in both Refrigerater and freezer and drawer. The biggest issue is with the icemaker. Extremely dissapointed with it. Ice has crystals on outside of cubes and clumps together in hopper to point it will not dispense properly. When it does dispense the cubes are usually broken and spew out. Samsung technicians have been out 5 times since we bought the first fridge in August 2020. Each visit they fixed one thing after another, including replacing the icemaker and the main board. The icemaker issue has remained unchanged. Only option now is to replace the refrigerater. Love the fridge design especially the drawer but I would not recommend buying this fridge because of the icemaker issue.

This fridge has been a pain in my neck. The ice machine kept freezing up after 3 months of usage and was impossible to have anyone come to the house to fix the issue due to covid. So I had to do my own research and fix it myself....3x. Finally stopped. Now after a year and 2 months, I changed my filter for the second time and after an hour of installing the SAMSUNG FILTER, the whole flex zone was full of water, dripping into my freezer and a huge pool of water onto my floor....Samsung won’t fix it due to being out of warranty for 2 months....the only good thing I can say about this fridge is that it keeps my food cold and keeps my freezer....real cold. I’m not excited to see what the future holds with this fridge. Will be fixing it one more time and just sell it and go with Whirlpool or GE....very disappointed.

We've had this refrigerator for 6 months and over the last month we've had issues with the ice maker freezing up and not dispensing ice. I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty and getting in touch with Geek Squad has been a nightmare. I spent 20 minutes in an online chat room waiting for the agent to give me direction as to what to do. He/She didn't help me at all other than to thank me for being a Geek Squad Warranty member and then told me I'd have to call the 1-800 number to set up an appointment!!! I've been on hold with Geek Squad for 25 minutes and still no agent in site. I think 6 months of ownership is a bit early for this level of frustration with a NEW appliance!!!

We love the space and the design. We do NOT love the "firecrackers going off in the kitchen" popping and cracking at all hours. It's enough to wake you up from a dead sleep, like rocks and firecrackers combined. It's TERRIBLE!

We love the refrigerator, but the freezer went out today, and we purchased it less than a year ago (8 months, to be exact). I hope Best Buy will see to it that the problem is fixed quickly; otherwise, I'll be doing a lot of barbequing over the next couple of days.

This is a functional and great fridge. However our ice maker broke and it coast $800 to replace it. When I called customer service they refused to help because we used a local repair man to fix it.

I loved this fridge however didn’t realize there’s no try where it disposes ice/water. And it makes such a mess. The ice jumps everywhere and water always pours out when getting ice. Also the middle drawer ices up. Oh and let’s not forget it’s a nightmare to pull out the shelf’s for cleaning.

Worked great for just over a year, and then literally less than a month out of warranty, is now making a noise as a fan is apparently icing up. Get to remove all the food from it and manually defrost it, which I'm told by Samsung will fix the problem....temporarily. Recommended I still make a service call, which of course will be almost a month before they can come out. Oh, by the way, we owe $120 immediately for the service call since we're just out of warranty. What a piece of crap.

We purchased this because of its "flexZone" compartment, which has a setting named "meat". According to the factory specification. the temperature is 30 F, and the manufacturer claims that it keeps meat longer. We intend to use it for cooked meat and fish. We received the frig about 40 days ago, the Best Buy deliver people set the refrigerator to 37 F and freezer to 0 F, the factory recommendation. I set the FlxZone to "meat" , and place about 3 ounces of water in a plastic container there for several days. The water never freezes. I called the Samsung service technician came out to help. He checked that all software are up-to date. He recommended lower the Refrigerator section temperature to 35 F. The water in FlexZone still not freeze after several days. I also lower the Freezer temperature to -2 F, it does not work either. In conclusion, yhe FlexZone does not live up to what the manufacturer claims.

Installed on 8/1 and on 8/25 I was called while on Vacation to be informed that the NEW refrigerator hasn’t working. I assumed a breaker tripped (I’m a journeyman electrician in the local IBEW). Upon arrival I find power @ the receptacle but no working refrigerator. Call Best Buy and they say Samsung wants me to CALL THEM. AFter 1.25hrs I’m told the earliest they can get to me is Thursday when beat buy was saying 24hrs. Anyways it worked great until it didn’t. I upgraded from a 3 door model similar and it’s still going (thank god for now but dang does the new model stink)

A dispenser light is listed in the specifications. Geek Squad and Samsung tech both came out and stated there isn't a light. Do not believe the specs.
