Great Laptop...at the discounted price

This is a great laptop and probably the best 2-in-1 I have owned! The oled screen is great, the speakers were good, the hinge has a good stiffness and that makes drawing with the s-pen amazing! I dropped a star for it's subpar Linux support. The biggest one being no sound. The camera also doesn't work in Linux (but I don't care about that), and the finger print reader doesn't work but that's par for the course. Otherwise It works great with Linux so far! Gnome is very touch friendly and works great with the touchscreen and large track pad! Now, I paid full price for this computer in mid March. My return window ended at the end of March and in April it was discounted to $1399 where it still is at the time of this review. Of course they won't do a price match for me. Why would they? Yes this computer was overpriced at launch which is why I took another star for. I think the new price is a much better value for this laptop! It's just a shame for those of us that paid the original price and won't get compensated because of corporate greed. I would give a 1 star because of their price match policy for this situation, but that wouldn't be fair to the laptop, now would it?

It's a pretty solid laptop. Beautiful display, great keyboard feel. However, given the size of the display, be ready to treat this PC as a desktop computer rather than a portable device. The display size creates high stress points that may cause a crack in its beautiful display---ask me how I know. For its 2 n 1 function: just be cognizant of how you grapple the machine. Beautiful PC, but just be very gentle when transporting to and from backpack to desk.

Great laptop but terrible cooling

This laptop is great as long as you dont need it to do anything remotely intensive, as the cooling is terrible. I decided to keep it despite high temps because it has an amazing display and the pen feels great to write with.

Purchased an open box (Excellent Condition); was delivered to my house; came with a cracked screen; read some posts online; others had similar issue with the screen cracking; others were right about 2 things: screen seems weak but the AMOLED display is INDEED stunning.

facing black screen Problem

laptop itself is very nice but i am facing the problem with my brand new laptop i just bought few days ago. the problem with the laptop is the screen goes black when you touch and try to move the screen i am not sure if it is because of the update or there is a problem with the laptop itself i want to give it few days if i have the same problem i will take it back to the store.

Can't say I'm impressed.

When the light hits the screen just right a hairline crack is visable. I've used this laptop only 5 times in 2 mths due to the frustration of bloatware, waiting forever while it checks for updates, loads updates, then restarts. Fighting the laptop and windows 11 for my preferences not theirs (I'm not overly technologically inclined). I find the touch pad is too large, it is difficult to type without touching the pad. The keyboard is too far back causing typing issues (see above), and the front edge of the laptop is sharp causing forearm pain from resting on it. A wrist rest can only be placed under the mid forearm leading to unnatural shoulder height instead of allowing the elbows to be lower than the wrists.

The resolution and the sound is great but overall not worth it. The laptop is very much glitchy especially when you're using the pen or in the tablet mode. I am very much nit happy with this purchase and will be trying to get a different laptop as soon as possible.

Reading scary stories about cracked screens.

I am tempted to buy this but have been reading lots of horror stories online about the screen developing a hairline crack that Samsung will not replace under warranty. The screen on this is very thin for a 2:1. It may not be up to the movement. For now I'm scared away.

Reading scary stories about cracked screens.

I am tempted to buy this but have been reading lots of horror stories online about the screen developing a hairline crack that Samsung will not replace under warranty. The screen on this is very thin for a 2:1. It may not be up to the movement. For now I'm scared away.

Great Laptop...at the discounted price

This is a great laptop and probably the best 2-in-1 I have owned! The oled screen is great, the speakers were good, the hinge has a good stiffness and that makes drawing with the s-pen amazing! I dropped a star for it's subpar Linux support. The biggest one being no sound. The camera also doesn't work in Linux (but I don't care about that), and the finger print reader doesn't work but that's par for the course. Otherwise It works great with Linux so far! Gnome is very touch friendly and works great with the touchscreen and large track pad! Now, I paid full price for this computer in mid March. My return window ended at the end of March and in April it was discounted to $1399 where it still is at the time of this review. Of course they won't do a price match for me. Why would they? Yes this computer was overpriced at launch which is why I took another star for. I think the new price is a much better value for this laptop! It's just a shame for those of us that paid the original price and won't get compensated because of corporate greed. I would give a 1 star because of their price match policy for this situation, but that wouldn't be fair to the laptop, now would it?

It's a pretty solid laptop. Beautiful display, great keyboard feel. However, given the size of the display, be ready to treat this PC as a desktop computer rather than a portable device. The display size creates high stress points that may cause a crack in its beautiful display---ask me how I know. For its 2 n 1 function: just be cognizant of how you grapple the machine. Beautiful PC, but just be very gentle when transporting to and from backpack to desk.

Great laptop but terrible cooling

This laptop is great as long as you dont need it to do anything remotely intensive, as the cooling is terrible. I decided to keep it despite high temps because it has an amazing display and the pen feels great to write with.

Purchased an open box (Excellent Condition); was delivered to my house; came with a cracked screen; read some posts online; others had similar issue with the screen cracking; others were right about 2 things: screen seems weak but the AMOLED display is INDEED stunning.

laptop itself is very nice but i am facing the problem with my brand new laptop i just bought few days ago. the problem with the laptop is the screen goes black when you touch and try to move the screen i am not sure if it is because of the update or there is a problem with the laptop itself i want to give it few days if i have the same problem i will take it back to the store.

Can't say I'm impressed.

When the light hits the screen just right a hairline crack is visable. I've used this laptop only 5 times in 2 mths due to the frustration of bloatware, waiting forever while it checks for updates, loads updates, then restarts. Fighting the laptop and windows 11 for my preferences not theirs (I'm not overly technologically inclined). I find the touch pad is too large, it is difficult to type without touching the pad. The keyboard is too far back causing typing issues (see above), and the front edge of the laptop is sharp causing forearm pain from resting on it. A wrist rest can only be placed under the mid forearm leading to unnatural shoulder height instead of allowing the elbows to be lower than the wrists.

Not worth it

The resolution and the sound is great but overall not worth it. The laptop is very much glitchy especially when you're using the pen or in the tablet mode. I am very much nit happy with this purchase and will be trying to get a different laptop as soon as possible.
