I bought this watch today because I have AFib and want to be able to monitor it, as well as get convoentient blood pressure readings. The ECG feature is finicky, over half of my readings come back as "Poor Measurement" even though I am trying to sit very still. I spent over an hour trying to find how to setup the blood pressure monitor that is advertised with the watch. Finally I gave up and reached out to Samsung support and spent nearly an hour on chat with them. Turns out there is a bug in their BP Monitor 2.0 and all they could do is tell me that it would be fixed in version 3.0, which they cannot give me any sort of estimated release date on. If it's not fixed in two weeks I am returning to Best Buy.

This watch is NOT accurate at all. :( I am frustrated that its quit working 3 weeks after purchase and I can't return it. None of the things work on it. Its wrong about heart rate, O2 levels, etc. I've cheked it repeatedly against medical grade equipment. Its off by quite a bit. The battery life is supposed to be improved from the last versions. Nope, still doesnt last 24 hours on a charge. They lied. It's a total waste of $$. I should have gone with an Apple Watch. I "upgraded" from the Watch2. Such junk! Don't waste your hard earned money.

Watch wouldnt even last for 24 hours on a single charge. Loved the design.

I placed my order weeks ago, it was a gift and until now I have not received the product, terrible service

I have to say im disappointed i was excited to upgrade my watch when i got this watch i opened it charged it and paired it to my phone next day when i wore it for the first time the battery wat at 8% so i decided to return it and stayed with old one

I have to charge the battery twice a day It doesn't have as many health metrics as my fitbit charge 4 has I can't get direct access to data from my phone without going to watch first and going through several prompts until it says "Read on phone". I'd return it but, im past the 15 day period.

I had already gone through 2 Samsung's 4 watches the first lasted a little over a year the second less than a year and the 5 less than 2 months all had the same problem they started rebooting on their own lost control mover the buttons and the 5 just stopped working out of no where

I purchased my watch and wore it for less than a month then it started not charging so I send it to samsung in october and they still have it and keep telling me I will get a refund but I have nothing I am very unhappy this is now Nov 19 2023

The watch was a good connection but the battery be die so fast and it charged so slow

Got this watch on Dec. battery already over heating. Won’t hard charge. Call Samsung tomorrow. Will update.

Battery life doesn't last long and this is one of the worst smart watches I've owned. Would not recommend

It would be a decent smart watch if it stood charged long enough to last the whole day. All settings are put at its lowest which you shouldnt have to do.

I was cheated on this purchase, this review is for the Galaxy Watch 5, 44 mm, I bought as marketed as brand new but while registering with Samsung learned that what sold to me was used one without full 1 year of warranty remaining. I hate to say but I was cheated. I tried to reach to customer service but they did nothing and not provided any meaningful solution. That was so embarrassing specifically when you gift someone and they think gifter after using it even though it's not true at all.

I have a Google Pixel 6 but I didn't let that stop me from getting this watch. As long as you download the wearable app as well as Samsung health, you can get access to all of the features other than ECG. That being said, after getting everything set up, sleeping with the watch, and really appreciating all of its features, Samsung health started force closing anytime it was open longer than a few seconds. I factory reset the watch and uninstalled everything before setting it all back up again and it still didn't solve the problem. Fix your software.

The watch doesn't work on my left wrist over my tattoos. Didn't have any problems with the older watch.

While the condition was mentioned as excellent and I did biy in past open box, this one disappointed me a lot as it was a gift I was planning to give and it turned out to be damaged as the watch did fall on a rough surface and then returned. Scratches are understandable but watch being scraped does leave a very bad marks

Battery only lasts 24 hours or less. Bought brand new and can't wear an entire day without charging.

Battery life on this watch is ridiculous, 2 days and its dead....

Not a fan. Inaccurately records my steps. Battery life is short. Do not recommend.
