Great vacuum! You can’t go wrong with a shark! It has great suction and the odor control leave the room feeling cleaned!

It just didn't work for me, too many flaws. Might be great for others. I did like the light weight, big tank, and lights. However, just too many things i didn't like - the cord didn't fit in 2 of our outlets, fell right now. It definitely felt like a repair or aftermarket plug. It does have power, so you really have to grip and hold it which was nerve-racking. Hated the autodetect feature, we have hardwood but about 4 rugs and the detect feature almost ruined 2 rugs. It didn't clean 1 of our thin rugs at all, no matter how many times i went over it. The odor neutralizer smelled nice like febreeze or men's cologne at first, but after you vacuum, the whole room smells like rotten milk or throw up so I took it out. So disappointed, i did all my research, thought i found a winner, might work for some, not me - will exchange and try the ZU102 next. Just wasn't impressed for $295. We have no pets, I do have long hair, 3 kids. It did do an okay job on 1 carpeted room, maybe 3/5. I hate to leave a review, but i felt i needed to.

I really have enjoyed using this vacuum. Easy to maneuver. I really like how it detects the dirtier areas on the rug and boosts its power to clean better when it detects the dirtier areas especially around the edges of the walls . Picks up the cat hairs on the floor very well and I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I highly recommend it !

It is impressive what it picks up. Bought this because my kids have indoor cats. It does the job and vacuums up the fur.

Fantastic product!! Easy to ise and lightweight. The lift away comes in crunch for crevesses and steps!

Vacuumed the floor with my Dyson first just to see if there was a difference, and the shark still pulled up more debris and fluffed up the carpet way better! Impressive!

This an excellent vacuum. I have been using a Dyson before purchasing this one. After the first use, I was shocked at the amount of dust collected just one day after vacuuming with the Dyson. Attachments are very easy to use on stairs.

This vaccine picked up things my last vacuum did not. It is easy to maneuver, clean and I love the odor eliminator.

It was time to upgrade my old Shark vacuum, and I really like this one. I've only had it for a few weeks, but I made a good decision. Out with the old. In with the new.

This is a really good vacuum. It’s quiet and cleans well.

This vacuum is pretty good. Automatically chnaged modes when going from flooring to throw rugs and carpet. Just a little strong on the throw rugs sucking up the corners if you dont do it right. Have it down now. lol when you go to carpert it leads and pulls you like a self propelled lawn mower, so that is nice.

This vacuum cleaner has strong suction power and works great.

Excellent vacuum that has a minor flaw in the tools falling off frequently. The vac picks up all debris easily. It took me a few sessions to get used to the varying motor speeds that change with the amount of dirt being picked and if you are vacuuming along edges. It is heavier than my last vac but cleans more thoroughly and no hair is caught in the rollers!

I like that it is quieter than my previous vaccume. Does it's job well. I do wish it had a retractable cord.

I have a lot of dogs and go through a lot of vacuums. This Shark seems to have quite a bit of power behind it and has worked very well in its first month. The self propel function is no joke, which is a nice change from prior vacuums. Canister removes easily. Would buy again.

I think this is the best vacuum I’ve ever had which might not be saying much but with two pets with white hair, I needed to make a change for the better. This pivots, sucks, and has made my eyes pop at how much dust it picks up along with hair.

This is one of the best vacuums i have ever. Had glides over our thick carpet so easily and cleans so well! With 3 dogs and 3 cats we needed to make sure it was powerful enough for all the fur. And boy is it!!! Cannot recommend enough!
