I didn't make a review right away because I hadn't had to use the dash cam but I had a really close call so I figured now was the time to make sure the dash cam works properly. I pulled up the mini sd on my laptop and the 8 gb card it comes with had a few days of continuous clips of some short trips which isn't bad. If your trips are longer, I'd probably recommend getting a larger mini sd card. It had folders for motion detection, parking detection, continuous records and event recordings. In the event recordings had 10 seconds before the incident I was looking for and 10 seconds after for a perfect clip of what I was looking for. The picture was clear as day and I like that it records sound as well that we're both really clear. This dash cam is well worth the price!

Very easy set up and plenty of wire for bigger vehicles. Highly recommend.

Its been a good dashcam. Quality of the picture is decent. The crash detection works for sure, triggers every time i hit a large pot hole. Havent had any issues with it staying on the window, just make sure to clean the window good before you stick it on. Also you may need to get a switch to turn it on and off if you have a car like mine. Will say on when the car is turned off slowly draining your battery. Granted Ive left it on for over a week and had no issues turning on my car after.

Works with your cell phone for screen. Can see if photo taking ticket camera is ahead with external GPS tracker [optional]. 1080p full HD, wide view angle, night vision quality, energy saving mode for parking surveillance, image sensor for low light conditions, review footage on Windows or Mac, anti file corruption, thermal protection, anti tampering case. Lots of quality for the price.

Picture is good, storage/memory appropriate for what we need. Still working. Set-up is a breeze and able to download onto both my laptop and desktop.

Excellent video quality. Has audio. App worked fine. Small enough to almost hide it under the rear view mirror. No screen, no problem. Buy the big capacity memory disc (comes with 8GB, rewrites over old footage) and one of those gadgets to insert the disc into it and see the videos on the iPhone. Still worked fine in TX heated car and 10 degree winter. So glad I got it!

Not recommended. The unit itself doesn’t have screen, no mobile app is compatible for viewing the recording without taking the sd card off. Power cord is permanently connected to a cigarette lighter which means you will lose one of the cigarette lighter just by having this powered.

Great video, would reccomend for all uses. Got into an accident, and the camera on it served its purpose greatly.

I recently sold my car along with my Thinkware F50 dash cam to my son. He recorded a very serious accident soon thereafter. The recording was very helpful to the injured parties and even though it recorded in only 720p the results were crystal clear. I bought this Thinkware F70 for my new car soon thereafter and will not drive a vehicle without one. This F70 records in 1080p and the Thinkware software is easy to use and flawless. Thanks Thinkware and Best Buy

Super compact and functional. Downside is no app support, need to plug the SD card into a computer.

I had a cam bought from an infomercial, and this is a good deal. Good quality and sound, but a little difficult to setup on the memory card. Since there seems to be a limit to a memory card, you have to have multiple if going on a road trip and wish to archive the whole route, depending on how far you go, of course. The files get overwritten when space fills up, so after a couple hours be ready to swap out. But again, the quality of the video image is good. I only used the driving mode, no parking in case someone hits/jars the car when turned off.

It’s my first dash cam purchase, I installed it on my 23 Camry, cord was long enough to hide beneath the trims. Video and sound recording are clear. Perfect for the price point.

Good product for the price and wish it would have a off/on button so when vehicle is in accessory mode the camera can be turned off.

All I had to do was put a micro sd card in the camera and plug it in. I haven't checked the quality on the camera

I like the camera, day vision and night vision are nice, but the license plate image is not clear.

Best little dash cam for the money. Very clear pictures and also includes parking mode if you hardwire the installation. Super compact and you forget you have a dash cam until you turn off your engine and it makes a melody alerting you that parking mode is on.
