Q: Can this be used as a bike helmet camera? Will the battery last more than two hours?
A: Hello Scooter, All Thinkware Dash Cams are designed for use inside of the vehicle. None of our Dash Cam contains an Internal Battery and need a constant source of power to function.
A: Hello There, you can also set the Dash Cam for Motion Detection. In this mode, the Dash Cam will be detecting and saving the video for any Motion or Impacts that happen to your vehicle.
A: Hello There, unfortunately, the F70 model does not offer any Wi-Fi connection to the app, All videos are stored in the memory card and can be viewed through a computer.
A: Hi There, no, the F70 is handled to design up to 140 to 160F degrees. With its built-in Thermal Protection, if the Dash Cam gets too hot to operate, it will announce that it's shutting down due to the temperature, in order to avoid damage.
A: Hello Kathy, The Device will power up and say "Continuous Recording will now start" to inform you the device is recording. If there is any issues the device will have audible alerts informing you of the issue.
A: I have one and live in New Mexico. It handles heat just fine although I have a white car and when parked I use windshield shades so the camera is on the interior side of the shade.
