The premise seems wonderful. I bought this because I wanted an accurate reading of my BP. Everything I had read about this device made it seem promising. My issue appears to be that the app keeps crashing and I can not finish the the pairing. I have reached out to Withings to no avail. I am saddened because I have their scale and I really enjoy what it does. (Good feedback, data and measurements. This is why I decided to get the BP monitor. At $130.00 I am so bothered with the lack of good customer service. They were helpful with setting up the scale, not so much with the BP Monitor though.

Usual superb “click and collect” from our wonderful local BestBuy store. Could not ask for better service. All BestBuy staff there are so very polite and helpful, it is simply a joy to return there to shop. The product unfortunately does not seem to share BesBuy high standards. I wanted the most accurate, least trouble BP measuring device, and this is pretty well that, although I have not checked it out against my local PGP yet. The accompanying software is very poor and other than providing a rudimentary graph and list of readings, the rest of the app is a waste of time. Additionally, as with most other “smart” BP devices, there seems no choice but to agree to sharing this very private data with just about anyone. To summaries, thrilled as always with BestBuy, very dissatisfied with Withings software, app and support. Cannot recommend, over priced.

I really want this to work to replace my Omron for two reasons. I got tired of replacing the batteries and I use the Withings app with my scale so want to keep everything together. I compared with with my Dr and my Omron was the same. This one is usually high and has wild swings. You usually have to do 3 readings to get something close. I often have over 20 point swings within a few minutes. You really have to calm yourself mentally and physically with this one. Maybe it is just more sensitive. I also do not like the way it uses the high/low bar when it tracks in the app. I think my Omron takes the average to me that is better. I originally did not go with this one because the numbers are not presented at one time. However, I started using the Withings scale so wanted to go with this when I got it for a good price. It is a little long. Someone with small arms may not be able to use. I would not pay the full list price for it and I would not use it as my only one. It is an extra one for me. I will probably keep because I got it at a good price. I will give it one star because you cant rely on the numbers. Although it is high. That would be better than too low. i am really waiting for the Withings BPM Connect come out. I wish it would come out during my return period so I can return this one. I have used Withings support before and they are great. Or, at least that experience was. No hold times and they follow up right away.

Initially I was very excited about this product. It seemed to work well but when I started using it these past few months, it gave me very high blood pressure readings that sent me to my doctor in a panic. Turns out, BP is normal and this cuff is faulty.

It is easy to use, but I have doubts about its accuracy. I have taken readings from this device and had my BP taken within the hour at the doctor’s office. The doctor’s reading was much lower than this device. I have also received readings with a lot of variance while taking readings over a period of time while leaving the device on so there was no change in positioning. I guess if you averaged out multiple readings over time you would have a baseline to determine if your BP was trending up or down. The multi user function seems half baked. If you have heart disease, are on BP medication, have high BP, or have a history of strokes, etc, I would ask your doctor for his or her opinion about this device, or at least take comparative readings at his or her office to get an idea about how your device is reading/trending when you use it.

Withings products are just such a weird combination of premium feel, with bugginess and errors. I really liked the form factor of this and like that it paired directly to their app. I would've loved this product if not for the fact that it consistently reads 20+ points high. I watched videos, read forums and overall tried to figure out if it was something with me, but saw that many different people had the same issue. I was testing this in conjunction with a few doctors appointments the same week and every time this monitor was 20 points or more higher than the doctor's office, with the exception of one time that was 10 points higher. I just can't actually use this with it being so unreliable in accuracy and the app blaring at me that my blood pressure is insanely high.

I don't find this to be accurate and decided to go with the Omron Evolv instead. I like the connectivity of the Withings but the numbers seemed to vary compared to Omron who has been making blood pressure cuffs a lot longer and I assume they would be more accurate. If the numbers were similar and consistent I would have kept the WIthings

The look and feel of the device is good, but I couldn’t get accurate blood pressure readings. I followed instructions and couldn’t get precise measurements. Fluctuations of about 20 or so points can be a little much.

The thing sounds to be just what the doctor ordered but I have a problem requiring a reinstall every time I use it which makes it so I don’t want to use it which defeats the purpose behind its purchase. Have had difficulty finding someone to help me which I’d suspect could easily solve this problem.

First one was defective. Would only give a blood pressure sometimes. Not good when trying to figure things out after a double bypass. When it functions, it’s good. The rest of the time, I’m not sure if it will work.

Really hoped this device would make it easier to check my blood pressure. Taking the BP is easy, but the results seem very inconsistent. Many times reading was very high, but after going to doctor on same day there was a high difference.

Nice compact unit. Software app is horrible. Tried to use it for 2 people (my wife and I) and it is impossible. The readings get mixed together in the app. Ugh! We just write down our readings in a notebook. The app is useless.

Love the Bluetooth integration and Apple health sync but the readings are not accurate. My bicep measurement is well within the guidelines but the readings are consistently high and the inflation is excessive when taking a reading, beyond the point of discomfort. My physician has recommended I find another brand/model to use moving forward.

This thing started out working fine. Then one day just decided to stop syncing. Useless product if you take your measurements daily and this thing just loses the data. I regret buying this and will never buy another product from this brand.

Love the idea that its cordless and syncs with my phone. But this always had my blood pressure higher then any other monitor i use. Not sure why but on one it will be 130/80 and the withings one would always be 164/90. Not sure why. Ive tried resetting it. Changing settings and nothing worked

Nice looking device but it was definitely giving incorrect readings. It was fortunate that I had a few Dr. appt scheduled during the timeframe I purchased which was showing just how inaccurate the reads where and it was like night and day.

I gifted this to my parents for the holidays. It was a shame when they called me to tell me that it would not charge. I thought "well, operator error" and tried it for myself, but they were right. I returned and opted for another brand at this point. I think the wonderful thing about the Withings unit is its ultra portability, but unfortunately the opportunity has passed. I think what's more wonderful is that Best Buy understood the concern and gladly took it back.

Great concept but inaccurate. Took it to the doctors office and it was 12 points high on systolic and 11 points high on diastolic pressures. Could be dangerous if you’re using the readings for interventional medication.

I love the whole blue tooth connectivity thing but unfortunately mine read 15-20 points above the calibrated one we have in the office I work at.

Bought this for my parents and have had nothing but issues. It constantly loses bluetooth to both phones and the multi-user setup has little to no documentation. Always having to rerun setup. I was going to go with the scale and watches for them but have since reconsidered given this device experience.
