Customers appreciate the Refurbished ProBook 14" Laptop for its overall performance and value for money. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the lack of a front-facing camera.
This was a Fathers Day gift for my husband who is really enjoying it! Not touchscreen but we love HP!

Purchased the HP 640 G1 for about 330$ refurbished. The laptop itself was in great condition but the battery it came with was not holding a charge. Luckily I was able to pick up a replacement battery (also from best buy) and it works great now! The only real negative is that there is no webcam on the laptop itself and you would have to purchase one separately.

We got this to replace an Elitebook that had died on us. So it was a like-for-like replacement which worked just fine. We exchanged it soon after purchase because this model does not have the backlit keyboard which was a dealbreaker for us. Otherwise, it worked for what we needed just fine.
